“Early today, I went to Hanson audio I had a couple things I needed done and I went there and the service there was fantastic i’ve been an audio file for 46 years. I never had any idea that a fuse could make a big difference and it made a massive difference in the Plinius amplifier that I had purchased from there the service was top-notch everything that I had questions about they all were answered Benjamin and the rest of the gang are the nicest and most knowledgeable service guys in high-end audio that I ever encountered. If you are in the Cincinnati area, I would highly recommend that you stop by Hanson audio in Milford, Ohio, It is absolutely the best experience I have ever had in 46 years. They have a beautiful showroom and you’re treated like royalty even though I could not afford some of the systems in house but it did not matter to the staff if you are in the area or even travel to the area of Cincinnati, you will find the absolute best high-end audio shop in my opinion in the world thank you. My name is Brad Wamsley of Cincinnati, Ohio.”

“Audible Elegance is an exceptional store. They will help you find the right product. Rare in these days, they will stand behind that product. I bought a turntable that developed a slight problem after two years, Chris and Lou were able to troubleshoot the problem and replaced the problem motor under warranty. They take care of their customers, and I look forward to heading there next time I have a gear acquisition opportunity.”

“Years ago, I bought my family a Yamaha entry-level electric keyboard. My 7-year-old daughter’s joy was unforgettable: “I didn’t even know I wanted this so much!” We played it so much that we quickly outgrew it. I explored getting an acoustic piano but faced three challenges: 1) We needed a real piano, 2) Free pianos were everywhere, but I knew I couldn't detect a huge problem, and 3) Good pianos cost as much as a reliable used car. Frustrated, I sidelined my love for piano. The basic keyboard was teaching us bad habits, and my annual searches only led to electronic pianos I could afford I didn’t want or costly acoustic ones. Free or cheap pianos risked hidden issues I couldn’t spot. One day, in a brief moment at work where nothing was going on, I explained my dilemma to Grok, 'Twitter's' AI. It pointed me to Henderson Music, where I found a fantastic Yamaha M-500 acoustic piano. I bought it sight unseen, and now, three months later, my family plays it multiple times a day, exploring new musical interests and performing for each other. Henderson Music solved my problem perfectly, delivering unexpected value for the price. I couldn’t be happier and I am so grateful for their help! Thank you! I am a huge fan!!!”

“I've used Cricket for 9 years now. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Store is clean. I never have to wait long. And if there is ever an issue they take care of it right away. My only complaint is the price of cell phone cases and accessories, too much.”

“Your standard Target. We stopped by with some friends this weekend to get some snacks and other goodies. I also ended up buying the new Nathan W. Pyle game, which I didn't even know existed - he's an Instagrammer I like who does funny comics. I am a Red Card member but had never actually used it in-store, as I do curbside pickup a lot, so that was interesting; I tried to use the barcode on my app but it wasn't scanning well (maybe because the brightness on my phone isn't turned up), and I did have the actual card with me, so I used that instead. We also bought some snacks and alcoholic beverages since we were having a games day together, they had some tasty stuff like Peeps with chocolate. I also stopped to use the bathroom and that was clean.”

“Is there really anything to complain about at Target? Their bathrooms are always clean (as well as the whole store in general), their staff knowledgeable, and in my many experiences returning things I buy online I've never had an issue nor have never had to wait more than 5min in line. Target forever!”

“I had been inside this Target several times in the past to grab something they had in stock that other locations didnt. It seems to be a bit smaller than others, but in turn has more unique higher end items! Recently during the pandemic when I am doing all my shopping online for pickup, they again, had some items no other local Targets did. I was able to place drive up orders for when I was going to be up here for work! Their online stock was fairly accurate as only 1 item was out, and when that happens with Target they offer to ship it to you for free instead (or find another store that has it). The pickup process here looked like it was going to take a little bit as there were quit a few cars waiting, but it was not more than 5 minutes. The girl loaded my car nicely and was very polite. Great experience!”

“We had the most incredible experience with Litzy. We had a very complicated problem that we had been dealing with for weeks. We had to come into the store at least four separate times to try to get to the bottom of it. My fiance speaks Spanish and Litzy was able to speak to him with ease. Each time we came in she was patient, kind, and continued to push for a solution until one was found. She even stayed after hours with us to help us get to the bottom of our problem. Finally we were able to get his phone activated and account set up, all thanks to Litzy! We are so grateful for her professionalism, patience and willingness to keep trying. Thank you so much!!”
