“I can never say enough good things about Tim and his team. I have been a customer of his since he opened the shop. He is always fair honest and completely trustworthy. If he says something is wrong or needs to be replaced and what I love about him is that if something does not need fixed he tells you that as well and does not jack up the price. Recently over this Christmas my wife and I were in town visiting as we have moved away from Cincinnati area on the trip here a rattle started unexpectedly on my4Runner which Corey one of the mechanics diagnosed as a heat shield rattling. “I've been to a couple different auto repair places in town and this one takes the crown for sure.
After taking on the oil pan repair myself, I messed up my oil filter cooler, which resulted in a small leak, and then a very large leak. I had to get it towed, and a friend of mine recommended R&M. I called them, and although they couldn't make it work at first, they called me back after rearranging their schedule and got me in.
They worked on the car as soon as it got there, and was done by noon the next day. I had the part already coming my way, and it arrived earlier which really helped the process.
They were honest, forward, and a great price. Probably the cheapest I've ever had to spend for a repair like this.
Overall, I highly recommend. Don't forget to tip your technician either, they're very grateful.”

“I had my oil changed at a fast change place about a month ago. I noticed some fluid leakage on my garage floor. Brought car here to have it checked. Oil filter was not tight. Gregg changed the filter and topped the oil off and didn't charge me. They've gained my future business and should get yours also is you're reading this. Just do it.”
“Great and friendly service with double and cross checks to make sure your car is fully serviced and road ready. No appointment needed and I didn't wait very long to get serviced. The only downside is that my car requires high end oil and there's an additional premium built into the service price. At the current price I'm not willing to change my own oil so it's a bitter pill I have to swallow.”

“I don’t know why the overall rating is 4.7, these guys have always done their best to take care of the customer. I have had issues with bad parts that I installed and they always help me out. If you currently price oil and filters from auto parts places the cost was basically $20-$30 more than buying and doing it yourself. So yea I'll go there again. It's worth it to me.”

“I was out with my family when my Chevy 3500 would not start. We got a ride to Walmart Autocare Center and Kevin helped us find the right battery and helped me understand how the core charge could be refunded when I return with my old battery. He was very quick, professional and precise when I needed something specific in a hurry. We installed the new battery and it fired up right away. I then returned with the old battery and Kevin promptly processed the core charge return. “been coming here for years. used to be Summeral Tire until bought by AAA. well equipped and staffed to handle most repairs and just not tires. Appointment generally needed but they handle emergencies well. Work done efficiently and at fairly reasonable prices. they have both a free tire inflation station and an EV charger but both seem to be regularly broken. small, bare waiting area”

“Great experience! Came in on a Saturday morning at 7:30 exactly and was seen immediately with no wait. Was in and out for an oil change within 15 minutes. Very professional workers that helped out. Gabe and Cody were outstanding. Will be coming here regularly.”
“Bought and had tires installed (10/08/2024) Good options. Dropped car off at 6pm. They were done at 6:45 and sent a txt. I unfortunately didn’t get the txt until 7:15 (my fault) and the service center was closed and no one to help at the auto care center. Found a manager / team lead (Jaden possibly?) and they were able to get us our keys and check us out. Could’ve been a terrible experience, but staff made it 10/10”
