“This is locally owned family business. They are knowledgeable about plants and planting, fertilizer and general farming. Their prices are competitive and they are located within few miles of large hardware stores. But. I prefer to buy my stuff from this location cause I can support a local business and I get great service. They are extremely helpful.”

“Adorable and convenient local pet supply store situated between Indian Hill and Madeira. It's easy to park in front of the adorable storefront and go inside. Expect to find a friendly cat or a dog lounging around. You can also look forward to a helpful employee who will be happy to look up your pet's profile. Need some grain free food for your beloved furby? How about some lamb and sweet potato for the spoiled chihuahua...This is your place. They deliver also. Yay!”
“We’ve been going to Earthwise at Harpers Point since they opened. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. We moved 30 minutes away and STILL go out of our way to come here. On top of the excellent quality and selection of pet food and supplies is unmatched customer service. The ladies that work the register are absolutely amazing. I always get a couple large bags of dog food when I come in and they always offer to help me carry them to my car. You will not get the top notch service that you get here anywhere else.”

“Very pleased with the Waterstone Blvd Petco for grooming of my two mid-sized dogs. They were pretty rough for wear and I was able to get an appointment within a week for both of them at a time that worked for my schedule. Cayley did great and her care for them and the level of detail she showed in their haircuts was definitely noticed. 10/10 recommend. We'll be back for grooming in the future for sure. I don't have a good picture of Nigel, but this photo is of my Maisy pup. She was a shaggy mop prior to her appointment!”
“This place is bigger then normal. Went to look at a couple things found alot more then i expected. I got a good pair of work gloves for cheap. They jus built the place in a couple days an it looks nice an clean. I will be posting a pic soon i didnt get one the first visit but this place is nice an its right by oreilys so you can get parts an stuff close if they dont have it you dont need it”

“Would have received 5 stars if the adopt a pet that occurred on Veterans day was not in the front of the store. Getting through the crowd who wasn't shopping, just oodling over the cute animals (which they were) was a bit challenging. They thought you were trying to get closet so they would move forward. Then, there was no staff to help find stuff. They were all busy with the animals and people looking at the animals.Move that stuff to the back of the store or the middle. Right in the front, crowding the door was a bad move. We had to leave. No help and went somewhere else.We like the store too. Just that particular day, they didn't think that through. If there was a fire, there would have been casualties for sure.”

“We are Truckers from Orlando, FL and needed our dog groomed on short notice. We were able to make an appt at Voice of America location. We have used petsmart several times (other locations) and never been impressed. But, Debbie did the best job ever! We were so happy with the clip, smell and softness. I couldn't ask for a better job. She said he was the sweetest ever to groom. We are very happy with all that she done from grooming to customer service. Thank you Debbie!”

“They did an excellent job with my golden retriever. She is very shy and they took the time to welcome her and she marched right back with them. She came out smelling so clean and looking beautiful. I would highly recommend this place for dog grooming. Excellent dog service and excellent customer service too!”
