“Above and beyond. My car got side swiped at Walmart. I dropped the car off the night before open heart surgery. They ran me home rather than let me walk the 1/2 mile. When they were all done I still wasn’t allowed to drive for two weeks because of the open heart surgery. They dropped the car at my house for me. No extra charge just great customer service and great work I Would recommend them to anyone who needs body work”

“We received a letter from Serpentini to trade in my 2023 Equinox. We usually throw those away, but I read it and we decided to just see what they could offer us. Derek K. Was simply amazing! He listened to what I wanted and didn’t want and -though they didn’t have one on their lot-he said he would find one for us. He ended up getting us more than we expected and was great through the whole process. We are Serpentini Orville loyal. This is the 3rd car in three years from here for our family and every experience was fantastic. I will say, Derek was our favorite salesman so far. He explained things very well, did not pressure and was super friendly. We will recommend both Derek and Serpentini Orville to everyone.”

Same with the detailing services! The staff is wonderful to work with and keeps you informed throughout the process. They made a stressful and annoying situation all very easy for me, and even helped communicate with my insurance company and everything. Great company, and great people!”

“This is a great store with awesome employees. I stopped by for some windshield wipers. The helpful lady located the correct ones for my particular vehicle. Another employee offered to come out and install them for me. He kindly narrated his install moves - explaining the design of the wiper hook and how the new wiper attaches. When I asked if I could put the second wiper on with his advice, he was more than willing to teach me how! The two employees also shared their personal appreciation for a product that helps the water bead off the windshield- offering a great tandem with the wipers. I’m so pleased. I wish I would have asked for their names so I could mention them specifically! Thank you!!”

I walked in & was greeted right away by the 3 employees working. Trevor helped me again & braved the cold, windy weather to help me!
