“Called 02/28/26 at 8:45pm. I believe Josh was the employee who answered my call, I asked him for the Store manager, who wasn’t in at the time. And then asked if he’s worked there for a long time (I wanted to ask about a candidate, who used to work here, and I’m considering hiring). I didn’t mean to come off rude and said it in a light hearted tone. He chuckles and hangs up. I call back and talk to Jeff, who handled my questions honestly and well. I wouldn’t take one of my employees hanging up on customers very well. Left it as a 5 star review because Jeff was appropriate, and I don’t want to negatively impact the store, but still get this situation known”

“My car overheated on Rt 76 just a mile west of Wadsworth. I cooled the engine down and drove to AutoZone, just off the freeway. The gentlemen who were working were incredibly helpful. They filled the coolant up and helped me make sure I didn't have an emergent leak before I headed on my way. The best $14 repair I've ever had! And best of all they didn't treat me like an idiot for letting my coolant run dry.”

“This is a great store with awesome employees. I stopped by for some windshield wipers. The helpful lady located the correct ones for my particular vehicle. Another employee offered to come out and install them for me. He kindly narrated his install moves - explaining the design of the wiper hook and how the new wiper attaches. When I asked if I could put the second wiper on with his advice, he was more than willing to teach me how! The two employees also shared their personal appreciation for a product that helps the water bead off the windshield- offering a great tandem with the wipers. I’m so pleased. I wish I would have asked for their names so I could mention them specifically! Thank you!!”

“Ordered a replacement Dual Zone (auto) climate control for my c5 corvette from them. I was skeptical at first since they didn’t have some with photos that show they were turned on. All that went away when it was plugged in. The shipment packing was top tier and I will trust them for my future part purchases. The price was cheaper than a “fix it” service for the climate modules. Plus they have tons of other parts for corvettes on there. 10/10. Will order again.”
