“I wanted to express my sincere Thank You to Darian Pillow (hope name is correct) for his awesome effort in tracking down a rear Pinion Seal for my 1970 concours Buick GS Stg 1 which I had spent many hrs myself trying to locate!
Darian measured the old seal multiple times to be sure of size & put it out on the ORielly’s mainstream & was able to track this limited seal to Rock Auto which I had zero luck myself earlier!
Darian saved the day with his Suoer Effort!

“Those old guys know more than most automotive stores combined and when you catch all of them in the store, you are most likely going to have your problem solved even if it takes a minute. If they don’t have the part, they will 100% locate it for you. they will without a doubt Find any obscure clamp or band clamp piece you need without question and charge you pennies for it.
If any of these old men lose their jobs or if you close this nappa, I will be upset . They’re the only automotive parts store I’m willing to go to in Mason with a 30 mile radius.”
“Bought and had tires installed (10/08/2024) Good options. Dropped car off at 6pm. They were done at 6:45 and sent a txt. I unfortunately didn’t get the txt until 7:15 (my fault) and the service center was closed and no one to help at the auto care center. Found a manager / team lead (Jaden possibly?) and they were able to get us our keys and check us out. Could’ve been a terrible experience, but staff made it 10/10”
