Discount Drug Mart is a friendly neighborhood store that has served Ohio for over 50 years, focusing on providing a convenient shopping experience. Many customers appreciate the helpful and kind staff, who often go above and beyond to assist with needs, especially in urgent situations like medication transfers. While most employees are praised for their service, there have been a few instances of less than friendly interactions, highlighting the inconsistency in customer service.
The store offers a wide range of products, including snacks, toys, personal care items, and household goods, making it a popular choice for various shopping needs. Customers enjoy the affordable prices and extensive selection, particularly in snacks and drinks. However, some shoppers have noted that the store's website could be more user-friendly, as it has been challenging to navigate, especially when looking for hours of operation.
Overall, Discount Drug Mart is appreciated for its variety of products and friendly atmosphere, though improvements in customer service consistency and website navigation could enhance the shopping experience further.
Was NOT impressed with the customer service from the cashier, she did not look like she wanted to be there AT ALL, and she looked irritated with the amount of items I bought, which was only 3 Garden Mums, and maybe 7 other small things, and she was just not looking very happy or friendly and I felt very uncomfortable.

I have had trouble with almost every pharmacy I've used. Not this one. The people here are kind and helpful. They don't act put out when I need to change billing or use discount cards, they don't give me attitude about my prescriptions. I know not everybody feels this way, but they really are a five-star team.
