“I grew up near the original DLM and was so excited to see one open in Mason. If you're reading these reviews to know what to expect, it's expensive. I would challenge you to buy 1lb of 80/20 ground chuck, grill some burgers and see for yourself how much better they taste than than the pre-packaged-in-some-warehouse ground beef you might get at one of the other stores for $2 less. Try a half pound of chicken salad made in store and compare it to those other deli chicken salads that arrive by truck in a 10lb plastic tub. Try a killer brownie, a mini carrot cake or cookie. You'll taste the difference. I'm never going to shop here for a box of cheerios, a jug of Tide or other items you can get anywhere. However, their specialty departments are unrivaled. Treat yourself!”
“Authentic Indian grocery store. Get spices and other exotic foods and mixtures for Indian cuisine. Very friendly staff, family owned and authentic sourced goods. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in obtaining ingredients from Indian and other south Asian foods.”
“Wanted to shout-out this Kroger. Well-stocked, always clean. Best of all is empoyees like Pat (Now Im 2nd guessing..is her name Pam?) at the self check-out. I take my grandma shopping here, and when Pat is working, she always remembers Grandma, comes over with a smile and a quick but uplifting and pleasant chat. We always leave in a good mood because of this kind person. Also, wanted to compliment the young man with blond curly hair in the pharmacy. He was quick to help with an item I had trouble locating, then was great with Grandma in regards to her vaccination. The other young man working the pharmacy register around 4pm 11/22 had A+ customer service skills, too. Overall, my experience w/ this Kroger, especially the employees, has been stellar. Definitely recommend this store for grocery and Rx needs!”

“Excellent shop with super helpful staff. Quite a good selection of choices considering their small size. Low prices and speaks English and Spanish, too. A bit difficult to see from the street, so pull in when you see School of Rock or Mad Monk's Pizza. Lots of open parking. Great little grocery store.”
“This was by far the nicest, UDF, gas station and convenience store I’ve ever been to — everything was well labeled, & well marked, they had clean restrooms, & a clean environment. There was even outdoor seating with lights, a nice gas station with nice gas pumps. They offered many things to drink, including my go-to drink, which is unsweetened iced tea, and it was freshly brewed. They also had sweet tea - plus they offered crushed ice & who doesn’t love that!”

Anytime I call with questions they are extremely helpful. I moved over a year ago and am still going to this pharmacy because the staff is amazing!”

Difficult to find an associate if you need help
Since my purchase was made using Walmart pay, I started the return process using the mobile app, and got in the mobile Express line....easy right? NO, I was totally ignore by the CSRs on duty, when I finally spoke up, they said 'we never use that line'. Then why do you have it, and why isn't there s closed sign? Ginnie Hellinger needs to do a better job with her store. You can't compete with Amazon with this kind of service!!!!”
“The gas station location is good There are lights in the evening and they monitor the safety there which is good. It has a small store and they sell ice melting salt at winter. Price is vary, sometimes slightly higher than the other gas stations in the area. Easy to access. Pumps are kind of old system but they work properly.”

“We love this Kroger. Been going here for 6 years. Rarely out of stock on their weekly deals (which are a budget saver for sure). Friendly staff (and I’m a big receipt reader and they are helpful when there’s an error). Their clearance section is by far better than any other Kroger around. Will definitely be going here for years to come.”
“My friend and I have always loved this UDF, service is great. Staff is friendly- always great to chill and grab a hot fudge brownie sundae (my fave!). Daniel is very sweet and definitely one of my favorites. Always conversing and making the simple experience fun. The only reason there is 4 stars is because of Sherri, she was very rude to her other coworkers and was not afraid to cause a scene in front of the guests. I will be coming back no question, just hoping to keep the friendly environment!”

“Incredibly convenient for travelers! My partner and I were staying in a nearby motel to go to King's Island. Even on vacation we don't like having every meal "out" so we were delighted that this Kroger was so nearby to pick up juice, frozen dinners, yogurt, and a few other things and keep in our mini fridge. The store seemed well-stocked and well organized. Prices were reasonable. The self-checkout worked well, so we were in and out in no time. :)”

“Nice, clean place overall. I usually stop by for the Indian samosas, and pairing them with the small cupcakes and tarts makes for a great combination. The food quality is good, though the prices are a bit on the higher side for most items.”
