“Wanted to shout-out this Kroger. Well-stocked, always clean. Best of all is empoyees like Pat (Now Im 2nd guessing..is her name Pam?) at the self check-out. I take my grandma shopping here, and when Pat is working, she always remembers Grandma, comes over with a smile and a quick but uplifting and pleasant chat. We always leave in a good mood because of this kind person. Also, wanted to compliment the young man with blond curly hair in the pharmacy. He was quick to help with an item I had trouble locating, then was great with Grandma in regards to her vaccination. The other young man working the pharmacy register around 4pm 11/22 had A+ customer service skills, too. Overall, my experience w/ this Kroger, especially the employees, has been stellar. Definitely recommend this store for grocery and Rx needs!”
“Excellent shop with super helpful staff. Quite a good selection of choices considering their small size. Low prices and speaks English and Spanish, too. A bit difficult to see from the street, so pull in when you see School of Rock or Mad Monk's Pizza. Lots of open parking. Great little grocery store.”
“This was by far the nicest, UDF, gas station and convenience store I’ve ever been to — everything was well labeled, & well marked, they had clean restrooms, & a clean environment. There was even outdoor seating with lights, a nice gas station with nice gas pumps. They offered many things to drink, including my go-to drink, which is unsweetened iced tea, and it was freshly brewed. They also had sweet tea - plus they offered crushed ice & who doesn’t love that!”
“The new remodel looks nice and I love how much more there is. Has about everything you would need and want. I have been seeing more registers opening up rather than them all be closed and self check out to be open. Walmart employees don’t talk to customers and kinda just stick to themselves. I have been helped before and the situation gets slowly resolved. I think the service runs slow here so you’ll need to have patience. The digital price tags do change so be sure to check your receipts to make sure you’re actually spending the amount you’re meant to be spending. Produce lately has sucked at this location unfortunately.”

“Always have to make a stop at UDF when we visit. Just stopped in for a late night ice cream. Chandler was very friendly, took care of us right away and took a few minutes to chat with us about our visit. Store is super clean, well stocked and our stop there earlier today was also good. Staff kept the line moving and greeted everyone as they came in.”
“The gas station location is good There are lights in the evening and they monitor the safety there which is good. It has a small store and they sell ice melting salt at winter. Price is vary, sometimes slightly higher than the other gas stations in the area. Easy to access. Pumps are kind of old system but they work properly.”
“I have been going to this pharmacy for 5 years now. I have always had a great experience with all the pharmacy staff except one. My prescriptions are filled quickly. Anytime I call with questions they are extremely helpful. I moved over a year ago and am still going to this pharmacy because the staff is amazing!”

“Shoutout to the gentleman with tattoos working the self checkout yesterday evening. There was an incident with a young boy and he kept his cool and helped the boy and his father out. There was another girl that went out of her way to ask if I needed help finding anything as well. I hardly shop at this location as I was visiting my sister and I normally shop over at the cincinnati dayton road location. The team made a great impression overall yesterday. Keep it up.”

“Incredibly convenient for travelers! My partner and I were staying in a nearby motel to go to King's Island. Even on vacation we don't like having every meal "out" so we were delighted that this Kroger was so nearby to pick up juice, frozen dinners, yogurt, and a few other things and keep in our mini fridge. The store seemed well-stocked and well organized. Prices were reasonable. The self-checkout worked well, so we were in and out in no time. :)”

“Nice, clean place overall. I usually stop by for the Indian samosas, and pairing them with the small cupcakes and tarts makes for a great combination. The food quality is good, though the prices are a bit on the higher side for most items.”
