Many shoppers enjoy visiting the Kings Mill location, noting that the store is well-stocked and staff members are friendly and helpful. While the store generally meets their needs, updates to the self-checkout area, such as the inability to turn off the volume completely and increased camera presence, have been seen as negative changes. Additionally, the requirement for ID checks for non-alcoholic beer has frustrated some shoppers. Look, this Kroger’s is convenient to where I live so I can live with the other issues. But now we have salesmen hunting you down to buy spectrum. I don’t need ads while I shop.
