“After 3 unsatisfactory visits to the podiatrist I finally got a referral for custom orthotics. They have been very professional and kind and thorough! My problem is not completely resolved but we are working on adjustments. Sure it’d be great if we got it right the first try, but that’s not life. “I have been using patient AIDS for 5 years. The customer service is very friendly. I was going to switch to another company because I thought they would be closer. I switched back because I did not like the tone of voice of the rep I talked to and also getting my supplies was very late. Patient aid s get my supplies to me very fast.”
“I don’t understand all these negative reviews. I am guessing, these are the result of dealing with corporate and/or the supply company that Lincare uses and not this actual location. As for the Middletown location, I have an nothing but positive experiences dealing with them. Everyone, no matter who you talk to at that location is friendly and very customer service oriented. As a matter of fact, I feel like they go above and beyond. They have helped me with my cpap and cpap supplies, as well as getting my training scheduled in a timely manner. I really appreciate them and everything they have done. You can tell there is a culture of “customer service” at this location, because it isn’t just one person that provides excellent customer service, they all do! Thank you Middletown Lincare!”
“I’ve been on CPAP for nearly 2 years. I went through 6-8 mask changes until I found one that was comfortable and I was able to get a good night of sleep. I have a severe cervical spine injury so I can’t have pressure on the back of my neck.I use a N30i pillow.Last week I received an order with a different N30i pillow and it’s been painful, difficult to adjust and I haven’t had a decent night of sleep. The pain has been to my nares.Last night, I put on the older pillow (after tossing and turning for 4 hours) and fell asleep.How can I get the older version of this pillow?I don’t know how much research was done on the newer pillow but clients should have had input.myAir scores have dropped from 95-100 to 80. All the points off have been due to repositioning the pillow over 20+ times a night.”

You can read my comments regarding Patient Aids, so I went to Lincare for my Cpap supplies. They treated me with respect and Kevin is extremely professional. He is trying very hard to make changes as the result of damages done with the previous manager. Kevin worked very hard and within their policies and guidelines to provide my cpap supplies in a professional and speedy manner. You should try them and find out for yourself, as they are cleaning up and fixing staffing issues of the past. Thanks for all your help.”
