“My visit to David’s Bridal was a bit different than other places I had visited. At other stores, the stylist came into the room and helped me get into the dress. This was not the case at David’s Bridal due to the dressing rooms being so small. However, my stylist for the day, Lexi was very patient. My family can be a lot but she helped me navigate that and find THE perfect dress! I have nothing but good things to say about Lexi and appreciate her so much! Now I have my dream wedding dress!”

“What a pleasant experience I had today! A kind employee, named Anna, helped me with a self-inflicted issue. I placed an online order for in store pick up and totally forgot to pick up until I received a refund this morning! I called the store to see if I could still pick up my order. Anna stated my order had been returned to stock, but told me she would see what she could do.
Anna reached back out to inform me that she had located the items I had purchased and has them set aside for me to pick up. I feel like this was an above and beyond gesture! So kind!”

“We had a great experience at Foot Locker in Belden Mall! When we first walked in, we were welcomed by a couple of friendly staff members. One of them noticed that the bag we brought in from another store was torn, and they kindly offered us one of their bags to help carry our things — which was really thoughtful.
While browsing, we found a pair of shoes we liked, and the staff was right there to help us with sizing and any questions. The service was smooth, and the environment was super welcoming.
