“Decision was paramount to get a luxury therapeutic hot tub and all roads led to Insideout and selected the conant location due to proximity of our home.We elected to go with Hotsprings and a saltwater system. My bride and I have a large client and customer base and have researched a 60 mile radius to figure out from friends, family and workforce, Inside out was our selection. Saltwater sytstem isn't just a plug and go, it takes a little time to balance the water so that the tungsten salt system can properly generate sanitizer. It litteally took us 48 hrs just like Rick and Corey stated. Delivery was great and set up, eazy peazy and now a happy camper. My Tip! if they have a last years model or a floor model save $$$$. That is what ours was and we the only Regret is we didn't install a hot tub 23 years ago when we built our custom home Regardless on what staff member you are greeted by, you will be well educated and informed to make the best solution and choice for your personal oasis. (We are thankful to Corey who spent considerable amount of time after the sale with us to assist us on getting this water chemistry just right). (Tip) Saltwater system is soft, don't smell like chemicals, and easy to maintain once you get through the 1st intitail chemistry balance) but no Worries, Insideout will be there for you with any of your questions, issues and excitement to get you in your oasis!~”
