“The furniture is good quality, and my experience shopping in-store was very positive. The sales associate, Cam, was knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive without being overly pushy like you sometimes experience at other furniture retailers. The delivery team was also excellent—they were prompt and courteous, and handled everything professionally. Some stuff was not delivered but they ensured it would be at a later date.

Delfino provided excellent customer service helping us select the best mattresses for our needs at his best price. He went over and above to deliver and set up our order within our tight timeframe. We had an unexpected situation at delivery when we realized our measuring mistake and the queen mattress did not fit into our vintage antique wooden bed frame. We thought we would be out of luck and have to sleep on the floor! Delfino was so responsive and recommended purchasing a metal bed frame that could attach to our head board. He went out of his way to get us the bed frame the same day! We are so impressed with our experience purchasing mattresses at Furniture Palace of Oregon. “I went to the Home Goods at Easton Mall in Columbus Saturday morning. The store was a mess! Everything looked like t had not been touched for days. Stuff was all messed up and falling off the shelves. You could barely get your cart down the aisle.
Monday morning I went to this location. I could not believe how nice it looked. Everything was in its place. You could easily get your cart down the aisle. There was plenty of space.

Luckily, I found a clearance sale due to a packaging change! I was able to get two cases for just $15.99 each, plus the 15% discount. Great find!”

“I have two sofas from Ethan Allen that I bought 8 years ago. The quality is insane. You would think they’re only a year old. They’re a light oatmeal color and I would have thought they would be stained by now but they look great. That’s even with a big family (we’re talking 5 kids, in-laws, and 6 grandkids). I remember being nervous because the cushions were stiff when I first got them, but they loosened up over a few months and are comfortable and still hold great shape - absolutely no sagging. I just got them professionally cleaned yesterday and was just reflecting on how long they’ve been - thought they deserve a review!”
