“The entire staff from Jay to Angelo, and particularly Bee. Sure I’m the the neediest client T-Mobile has signed up recently. Yes, the Corporate Reps like Crystal (don’t have the other’s name, or all Secor Road’s) helped me too. Lot’s of rock stars who are honest, helpful and different than many other Companies these days.”

“This was my first time buying internet and T-Mobile made this experience much more digestible. All I had to do was plug it in and get connected. The app is user friendly, making everything smooth and easy. It was only $50 a month for unlimited data. Shout out to Daniel C for the support! If you’re looking for hassle-free home internet I recommend T-Mobile!”

“I went to turn in my Buckeye modem because I got tired of the always increasing expense and got a way better deal elsewhere. They told me they could reduce the cost by half, which I thought strange because I had asked via phone if there was any way to bring down my monthly cost. But the rep was very nice.”

“The gentleman who helped me today not only solved my initial problem (went in to get a new router), but also saved me money on my bill. Setting up my new router was also very easy and the rep provided very clear instructions on what to do when I got home. I was expecting a long wait, and probably having to call tech support again to get my router set up when I got home, but I had quite the opposite experience. I either got lucky today or Buckeye has taken strides to improve their customer service.”
