“I went to the Teen Mobile Store on Airport Hwy in Toledo, Ohio with two of my boys yesterday. We worked with Xavier. I am not tech savvy at all, and Xavier was so patient and he helped me figure out what I needed to keep my internet up when service goes out ( a hot spot and a teen mobile internet box). He talked to my boys so they weren’t bored, and he was just all around helpful, I highly recommend that store, and please ask for Xavier, he is hands down, one of the best associates I have worked with at a cell phone store.”

“The gentleman who helped me today not only solved my initial problem (went in to get a new router), but also saved me money on my bill. Setting up my new router was also very easy and the rep provided very clear instructions on what to do when I got home.

I was expecting a long wait, and probably having to call tech support again to get my router set up when I got home, but I had quite the opposite experience. I either got lucky today or Buckeye has taken strides to improve their customer service.”
