I left after making my purchase and had to come back right at closing time because I was having some problems with my new phone number. When I came back right before close they treated me with the same warm, friendly, and helpful experience as when I walked in the door earlier in the day. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I will not go to another T-Mobile location for any problems or future purchases in the future. Jon-Luke and Ray were the gentlemen that helped me primarily with the first visit and I couldn’t remember the third employee who was equally as welcoming and helpful.
