“I went to turn in my Buckeye modem because I got tired of the always increasing expense and got a way better deal elsewhere. They told me they could reduce the cost by half, which I thought strange because I had asked via phone if there was any way to bring down my monthly cost. But the rep was very nice.”
“I went to the Teen Mobile Store on Airport Hwy in Toledo, Ohio with two of my boys yesterday. We worked with Xavier. I am not tech savvy at all, and Xavier was so patient and he helped me figure out what I needed to keep my internet up when service goes out ( a hot spot and a teen mobile internet box). He talked to my boys so they weren’t bored, and he was just all around helpful, I highly recommend that store, and please ask for Xavier, he is hands down, one of the best associates I have worked with at a cell phone store.”
