“After 3 days of back and forth on TLife ( I absolutely hate that app) and talking to people on the phone to file a claim, I walked into this T-MOBILE very frustrated and annoyed. Allison and Honda were really understanding, walked us through the process, and helped us get our replacement. I am always pro customer service workers and Allison especially is a good reason why.
