“On May 7, 2026, I went to the Airport Highway location, worked with Jay and sold my new iPhone 17 Pro Max for a great price! The experience was smooth and professional. I witnessed many other satisfied customers as my transaction was completed. I also received a high-quality screen protector for my current phone. After my interaction with Cell Spot I would highly recommend anyone considering selling or buying a phone to stop in and ask for Jay!”

“Amazing place, very professional. Was concerned a little due to my own nightmare with getting electronics fixed. This place saved me over 1000$ easy! My phone had broken right before trade in ( was not my fault but an electronics issue). Owner gave me a fixed price to get my phone booted up and just working barley enough to trade in. Owners son had worked on my phone all week! They honestly could have charged more but did not. As a struggling student by myself this means everything. They know what they are doing.God bless this business!”

“Gone through this place for the past ten years, they always help and offer advice and information. I’ve dealt with the same guy for years, he never seems to be after my pockets which is always appreciated because it allows me to make sound decisions. I’ve bought phones here back when I was a younger adult and I have also more recently bought them for my kids. I’ve never received a bad used phone. I had one issue getting a phone to connect to a prepaid plan and it was fixed the same day.”

“Just want to give a Shout out to Boost Mobile on Telegraph Road, Monroe Michigan and Olivia who helps and runs the operations over there, she was able to figure out my phone and update it for me as I'm not always the most Savvy and good with electronics. To my surprise several?other stores have been closed? regardless of how much damn technology we ever have, we will always need people interaction as long as this planet spins, that is my belief,we have to embrace as people & country. Thank you Olivia?❤ so much for your help and getting me figured out,as it's been a long frustration on service and updates.Thank you for making sense out of sensibility, Kudos to you Olivia and all the other staff and that's out there helping people.”

“I broke my phone yesterday and had to get another one. They agent's were not helpful when I called the headquarters from a friend's phone. They could only send an access code to the broken phone, which was no help at all!! I went to the Cherry Street location very frustrated and met Ralph who saved the day. Unlike the agents Ralph was very professional, cordial and understanding of my problem. With his help and concern I was able to get into my account and purchase a new phone. He was also kind enough to show me how to get my saved information off Google. If you have a similar problem or any phone needs, I highly recommend you go see Ralph at the Metro PC on Cherry Street!”
