“I have been with AT&T for over twenty years. It bothers me that these telecommunications companies do not really have to provide competition or incentive to retain you as customers. If I felt I could get a better “deal” from a competitor, I would have left AT&T years ago. That changed last week. My phone had been lost/stolen last week and I needed a replacement, the sales associate, Tim S. at the AT&T Franklin Park Mall, Toledo Ohio, could not have been more helpful or sympathetic. He got me a good deal on an upgrade, made excellent recommendations, and expedited the whole process. Great Salesman. AT&T you should give Tim S. A raise, bonus and a promotion, He just saved you a customer.”
