“As an older, less technologically sophisticated member of the public I am reluctant to update my phone. But it was Time the model I wanted could only be delivered and I attempted to Activate the phone by myself. I encountered all kinds of troubles and was very frustrated. I went into the store and worked with Nick who got the phone activated and Randall who fine-tuned the service and plan. They both did extraordinary jobs.
