We inadvertently cut our cable line while planting in the yard. We called customer service and they were out within 5 hours of the call and reconnected the line. We are thankful that we didn't spend a long weekend without cable services. The technician was professional and did a great job.

After speaking with Armstrong customer service ,it was determined one of our boxes were bad. Service tech arrived early found the problem and replaced the box. Tech went though new instructions. very polite and thorough. thank you
