“There is a recent negative review of this store complaining about needing the T-life app to purchase or upgrade a phone. While annoying, that is no fault of the employees at the retail stores. I had to jump through many hoops to upgrade my phone, but Abby was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the process and walked me through every step. Seriously amazing. If you are unsure what you need to do or what the process entails, I highly suggest you call or visit the store BEFORE you plan on purchasing a new phone so you can have your ducks in a row and make the process as smooth as possible. Again, NOT the fault of the employees, they are just following policy! Once I had everything in place, the process of upgrading was quite simple and didn’t take long at all. Abby explained differences between iPhones so I could make an informed decision on which model was best for my needs. I never felt pressured to purchase the most expensive or latest model. Kevin got all of my data and information transferred from my old phone and let me know about features on my new iPhone. I did purchase some accessories that were comparably priced to what I’d find at other stores, and I felt good leaving the store with a case and screen protector on my new phone. This store also has an employee that speaks Spanish which was nice to see!”
