“Shawn was extremely helpful and patient while assisting us with upgrading and transferring our phones. Despite several hiccups that were completely out of his control, he made sure everything was set up correctly and that we were well informed throughout the process. We truly appreciated his excellent customer service and highly recommend visiting this Verizon location!”

“I worked with Emily at the Medina store. Could not have had a better experience. Will go back as past employees were not helpful. She is knowledgeable and took care of everything quickly and got me out of the store in a decent time frame. Recommend Emily to work with!! Awesome experience!!”
