“Justin is next level. From the moment I walked in, he was laser-focused on helping me, all while assisting another customer and mentoring Benji, who appeared to be a new hire. Despite juggling multiple responsibilities, Justin remained calm, professional, and completely customer-focused. This was the exact opposite of my experience at two other Verizon stores a few weeks earlier. I happened to be in the area for work, stopped in on a whim to upgrade my phone, and I'm incredibly glad I did. Justin turned what could have been a routine transaction into an exceptional customer experience. He has absolutely earned my trust—and Verizon has gained a customer for life because of him. Give that man a raise!”
