I have a young Goldendoodle who is currently in a class and I am so very pleased with Gold Star Dog Training! I highly recommend you enroll your dog in a class.

We worked with Alyssa and she was incredibly friendly and professional, making both me and my dog feel comfortable. She took the time to understand my concerns in regards to my pups anxiety as well as her grooming needs. Alyssa gave her a beautiful, fresh look with a cute little bow to top it off.
I could see everyone there genuinely cares about the animals they work with. My dog left looking fabulous and happy, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch grooming for their fur babies! 5 stars all the way!

When my whippet got but most vets had a minim week long waiting period. They got me in on their next business day which was beyond amazing of them.
Then, when I can in for routine boosters they fit us in for an exam visit because one of my dogs was acting incredibly weird. I didn’t ask, I even offered to come back another day/time but they looked at home right then and there.
They have been beyond nice and have shown nothing but care. I’m incredibly happy to be taking my pups here

Their process of dropping off our pet to a later meeting to go over all that was found was superior to all my experiences since we are all so busy, this made it most convenient. Dr. Hicks explained everything in detail and answered all our questions very compassionately and completely. I'm switching from a vet 2 minutes away because I didn't just feel like a number here.

3967 Pearl Rd, MedinaThere are vets, and then there are *VETS*. Dr. Pepin is the latter.
Her office was the only one out of DOZENS I called (even my regular vet) that was able to get me in the same day for an urgent appointment for my dog. Throughout the entire visit, she explained everything she was doing/noticing, explained what tests or procedures she recommended, why she recommended them in the order she did, why they were important, what the results would tell us, and how much it would cost. She delivered some difficult news with grace and kindness, while being direct enough to make sure I was prepared for what's likely to follow. She made sure I was well-informed and had a clear understanding of everything, but despite being so thorough in her explanations, she never came across as indifferent or 'clinical'. Quite the opposite, in fact.
She utilized a level of communication that made me feel at ease, and a depth of compassion and warmth that provided invaluable comfort to both my dog and myself during a really scary, emotionally difficult time. It's absolutely evident that her role as a veterinarian is one that's close to her heart. It really MEANS something to her to do what she does, and to do it so well. And it's apparent that the staff she employs hold those same values as deeply as she does.
I truly believe that some people are just... destined to do or be certain things in this world. And from only one appointment at her practice, it's clear to me that Dr. Janine was a vet LONG before she ever even applied to veterinary school. She has always been a veterinarian because that's just who she IS. This is not simply a job for her, it is a CALLING. And the care that she devotes to her clients (both human and animal!) reflects that. In spades.
Though I wish I had met her under less dire or painful circumstances, I'm grateful that I met her at all. And while my regular vet's office is wonderful and provides exemplary care, Dr. Pepin's practice is absolutely, unequivocally the right fit for me and my beloved pets. I'll be switching my bigger babies (Great Danes!) over to your care when they're due for their next round of vaccines. With any luck, it won't need to be any sooner than that. I hope you're not planning to retire any time soon, Dr. Janine! It would be a great loss to the pet parents of this community.

Michelle has taken such good care of ALL my cats since. She’s always available to look after my pets whether it be a planned visit or a spur of the moment emergency; she’s always been there! So appreciative of that as well as her reasonable cost. I wouldn’t consider any other pet sitter to look after my furry little kids!

The owner embraces his passion of skateboarding and brewing beer, so the music fits! Had the Velociraptor Hood Ornament IPA and the Public Transportation Party Irish Red. Both were absolutely fantastic! The staff are super friendly and you are bound to find new friends from the patronage that come here to experience the cool atmosphere. This is definitely not your average brewery. This is a place that I won’t only visit again, I will make it a place that I try to get to monthly!

I wanted a specific cake, decorated a certain way and I wanted it to look good. Not only did the cake look perfect, but I was blown away by the taste! I’ve had decent cakes before but never this good, the texture and flavor were so good and the icing was perfect too, it wasn’t too sweet and was the perfect consistency.
