We normally take him to Pet Supplies Plus, but they didn't have any availability any time soon, so we looked into Absolute Pawfection and noticed all the great reviews -- I'm so glad we took a chance with them! Our guy looks fantastic! He just got over an ear infection so we asked them not to clean his ears. He even came home in a cute lil bandana! Wish I could add photos!

My super anxious dog wasn’t anxious at all during drop-off, which says everything to me. When we picked them up, both of our dogs were happy and clearly comfortable—it was obvious they enjoyed their stay. This place is truly the perfect fit for our family!

Dr. Wilson and Chelsea were very calming for our anxious girl, Sugar. Both ladies are very knowledgeable and helped us learn training techniques for our reactive dog who is a rescue. They did a thorough physical exam and made suggestions regarding feeding and maintaining a healthy weight. Animal and Avian Medical Center was clean, had a spacious waiting room and pleasant staff. It will be our "go to" for Sugar.

2909 Center Rd, BrunswickRita and dr Odonell are extraordinary. I am 17 year old and my parents out of town. I went into the vet because my dog was limping. I came in as a same day appt, they always seem to have those. I came to this specific vet because my friends dog had a big wound and they were able to take her in when no one else would. Turns out she had a tumor and I unfortunately had to put her down by myself. They were very understanding and walked me through everything and made sure my dog had a good time with some treats before hand. After it all was done they were very caring. They also gave me as much time as I needed with my Bella before and after.

After poking around town for a little bit, we came back and got our small deep dish. Not only was the pizza SO good (and we've been to all of the Chicago ones), the staff was so incredibly friendly as well. We will definitely return when we're in the area.
