The Natural Pet Self Serve Dog Wash
13933 Ridge Rd, North RoyaltonThe convenience is great and overall the shop seemed very well maintained and cute! I am giving 5 stars because even with the small complaint I had I am very into supporting small businesses such as this one over a chain store and I very much look forward to visiting the dog shop they also own.
My issue comes primarily from the blow dryer. I have a 20lb Australian Shepherd Mix puppy and he is fairly good in the bath. I had him washed and rinsed in under 2 minutes which gave me plenty of time (10min) to dry him, or so I thought. The dryer on its high setting was no stronger than my $20 hair dryer from home and even after drying him for the entire 10 minutes I still went home with a damp dog. He isn’t big and should’ve been dry in that amount of time. I am aware I could have added more time by paying more but the fact still stands that drying a puppy should not take 10 minutes with a dryer.
Now I don’t pretend to know how the internals of the machine work but if you’re going here just because the dryer just have your expectations adjusted accordingly!
Additionally I wanted to pay in cash but only had a $10 bill and a $5 bill. This means that I payed an extra $3 without change or any added time. I do understand that the possibility of change could be difficult if the machine doesn’t have that function but maybe adding an additional minute or two per dollar could fix that inconvenience. All of this being said that again I do not understand the mechanics of the machine - just offering suggestions.

10019 W 130th St, North RoyaltonWe love Pinkies Pet Salon. I have a VERY anxious Bernedoodle named Eloise. Eloise’s least favorite activity is going to the groomer and somehow the AMAZING staff at Pinkies manages to make her look beautiful. After picking her up from what I know was a very stressful groom for Eloise, the Pinkies crew made me feel so comfortable and understood! They even helped strategize what might make future visits easier for Eloise (and me)! Honorable mention, our 16 year old Shitzu, Lou. Lou is groomed by Hannah. Hannah is so kind and gentle with Lou and he always looks so dapper when he is finished. We are so thankful to have such an incredible groomer in our neighborhood. Highly recommend!

9247 W Sprague Rd, North RoyaltonI have been taking my Maltese to Alex for 3 years or so. I like very much that I can drop her off and wait for her. She was rescued from a puppy mill and I don't want her in a cage all day.
I've been very happy with the quality of the grooming no matter who has worked on her. And she seems very calm when I pick her up. That was not the case with her past groomer.
I do not live very close but I am happy to drive the distance for such a high quality grooming and very nice people.

She had kidney disease and with her help she lasted several years through it being so caring and patient with her. We had to put her down and they were so amazing with the process making sure we understood everything and put us at ease. They are a bit costly but if you want amazing care Dr. Adam's is totally worth it

They have so much to see and do but to be honest, just watching the pets interact is my favorite part. I have gone to this even for the last 10 or so years and each year it just gets bigger and bigger and better and better. From all the volunteers to the vendors, this is a highly recommended event to attend. Bring your well-behaved pet and enjoy the afternoon. Or go with just the humans and learn about all the different breeds of dogs and other animals that attend. This year they even had calves in attendance! GREAT JOB NORTH ROYALTON ANIMAL HOSPITAL! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

They were caring, understanding and proactive on how to restitch, staple and bandage. They spent their afternoon fixing the botch job our previous vet had done. They sent us home with medication and clear instructions on how to keep our dog calm and comfortable during his recovery. I seriously cannot thank the vet and staff at this clinic enough for understanding the severity of the situation and working with us to help aid our fur baby back to health!!!!!

Complete Obedience Dog Training
997 Broadway, El CajonHighly recommend!! Chris is great, my new rescue Willow loves her. Willow had bad manners, ok maybe no manners when it came to playing with other dogs or personal space. I interviewed a couple other companies, only to be disappointed with their prices and suggestions.
I decided to try Chris’ 5 day drop off program after having a phone consultation. I dropped my dog off every day for 5 days and when I picked her up I’d learn the commands and practice them, Chris made it so easy. She gave me homework to take home and read over and she had great suggestions to help with some issues we were having. After just 1 day you could tell a difference in Willow!
Chris gave us the ability to communicate properly with our dog!! I love that Willow was also being socialized with other dogs all day! It worked wonders - was worth EVERY penny for the quality of life we now have with her.
