She does an amazing job with my pups, Ava &Mia 🤩 & any time I mention her name to them they seriously run to the door or jump on the couch and look for her out the windows. Their cuts look great and they look and smell fabulous! I honestly don’t mind the cost, because I like that they are still home and get great attention! And my pups are so comfortable with Ashley. I feel comfortable, knowing they are just out my door, I trust Ashley with my babies!

We’re always greeted with a warm welcome, and the whole experience feels friendly and personal from beginning to end.
Tallia has been wonderful with both of our boys. Gus was nervous about baths at first, and she was incredibly patient with him, taking her time and making sure he felt comfortable. She has also been amazing with Ramon, and we always feel confident leaving both of them in her care.
It’s hard to find people you truly trust with your dogs, and we’re so grateful we found Awesome Paws and Tallia. They take such good care of our boys, and that means a lot to us. ❤

The team at AMC Medina has provided our little loves with outstanding care, and since taking them to this care team neither cat is afraid of visiting the vet. Our boy cat has pretty serious health issues and is alive, with a good quality of life because of AMC Medina. The doctors there have reached out to their networks to consult when needed, have been open to trying new treatments, and care so much that they have personally called to check in on their patients.
I can't say enough good things about the entire staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and the turn around time for prescriptions. My husband and I are grateful to have this facility so close to home.

4840 Poe Road, MedinaSo far have had nothing but good experiences! Been in 3x so far... the vaccine prices are comparable if not lower than many local places including the low cost spay and neuter place and those mobile clinics. My cat usually hates the vet but has come around in recent years... he thoroughly enjoyed making me look like a liar and let his vet croon all over him and even brush him! I also just rescued 2 neglected adult German Shepherds who had a very rough history with being vetted. The teamwork they put in to assist was fabulous. They didn't force the muzzle as they saw that only made things worse. I had only known these poor dogs for 2 days so I wasn't sure what to expect as far as aggression goes... but the staff compromised and gauged the dogs and their anxiety and limits. We all decided when enough was enough and scheduled a follow-up visit the following week as there was much more to do than expected. Both dogs were exhausted but laid quietly and calmly on the floor, not traumatized! I've had shepherds my whole life and know the stigma that sometimes comes with them... glad to see an experienced staff who is flexible and able to collaborate and come up with a plan aside from forcing a muzzle. The vet was very receptive to ideas and included me on decisions. I have a feeling these boys are going to unfortunately become regulars. Best part is this vet is only 5min away and next to a country store with the best Kong selection I've ever seen and bulk dog treats! Great way to reward your dogs to make it less stressful.

The Dog Wizard Medina
226 North State Road, MedinaMorgan is a 3 year old Minnie Australian. When she was a puppy of about a year we took her to The Dog Wizard for 2 weeks for training, She came back very obedient. We continued to practice and she was a delightful pet. As she grew she became very determined and not responding well. She was not welcoming to people who came to the door and I had to keep her on leash when people were here, She went from loving to greet people to a “guard dog”. We tried a training collar from the company that installed our electric fence, This became like a power struggle, She was barking and growling at people coming in the driveway to to the door. I called the Dog Wizard and we put her back to school. This time trying the e-collar, I cannot believe the difference in her behavior and obedience, She is on the lowest level on the e-collar and sometimes sits when I just pick up the remote, This isn’t as effective if you are not consistent with the process, One day I was away from the remote and just picked up the TV remote and she sat, She loves to catch the ball, but would not bring the ball back and drop it. It was always a tug of war, No more! It is so fun to play fetch with her she automatically brings the ball back and drops it at my feet, Consistency is so important, We were away for a long weekend and my sons were not as diligent to the process as I am, It took me a full day to get her back in shape. She seems happier because no one is yelling at her, She automatically goes in the cage at night with pointing to the cage and saying “go”, I would recommend it to anyone who is having difficulty and willing to really be consistent with the process,

Unfortunately, the service was a bit lacking in attention to detail. We felt that our table could have received more attentive and attentive service throughout the evening, especially for a special occasion.
That said, the food was definitely the highlight and made the experience memorable. With a little more attention and attentiveness from the staff, this could easily be an exceptional fine-dining experience.

The food is still above average for restaurants in the area. Much better than the chain-style restaurants (Robert Evans, The O.G., Crap or Bees, Jax and Perma, Drinking Lizards)
Vibe is still laid back. Not a huge fan of the payment system where servers have to awkwardly wait around for you to do the tablet thing with a card, no receit to check over, and a sense of pressure to quickly hand it back like its on fire. I dont think they will be changing that though. The beer I had was very very good, it was smooth, easy to drink and packed punch. It was definitely hitting above its weight class. That was the hazy Wife beer. I Would drink it again if the body could handle it.
Patio was cold, but tolerable, damn Ohio fall crept up fast this year. Music was not too loud and the guys singing were very good. We had a good time listening. We came for food, and stayed an extra 4 or 5 songs for the music.
Service was not as good as years past, but it wasnt horrible. The food had good timing, apps were fast, but we asked for a few things that never came or had to keep asking. No big deal, the servers are young and they will eventually LEAR.
We come here about 2 times a year, and we are never disappointed. The customer base is always dressed nicely and there is no ghetto atmosphere, which is a problem if you go out in the Akron/Cle city area for meals at the establishment restaurants. Both young and old people were here, some kids were really dressed nicely for a dance I would assume. This is tucked far enough away to skirt the problem customer issues and nice enough to host a semi-formal evening or a casual night out. The building is still looking good and the foot paths allow you to walk the park after a meal and really sets a nice tone 👌
Good sunsets to the West from patio. Would come back again.
