“This Service center is super upscale and professional. We brought my car in because the steering was off and there was also excessive road noise and vibrating. They did a free test drive of the vehicle for us during which we waited in the fancy waiting area and they told us that they wanted to get it up on a lift to further check it. So we were provided with a loaner so we could hang out in the area. It turned out the tires were cupping. We decided to proceed with purchasing new tires and they had the car done by noon!”

“I walked in and there was a full staff of about 4 or more team members, however each of them seemed to be mid task. That didn’t stop me from being greeting. Mike stopped what he was doing and helped show me the battery options. He walked me over to JP who then confirmed I was interested in the correct part and cashed me out. Maurice then walked out to change my battery for me. I was well cared for at this location. And even though I could tell they were each busy with tasks, it didn’t stop them from being friendly and very helpful to me.
Also, I found out this location is a hub, so when your local auto zone is out of stock on something, the Willoughby location is where they may go to get it, so you may as well just start there anyway.”
“The newest edition to Nick Mayer is the store off of Euclid Avenue, they got a great group of sales and service staffing front to back. Great store. Service and parts department is A1 on top of everything. I have not had better service at any Ford store anywhere in the United States and I’ve traveled a lot. It is now my go to dealer. You won’t be disappointed if you go there talk to Ryan or MATT at the service desk then if you’re gonna buy a Ford make it this store. I know I will.”

It was probably 3 minutes from start to finish and he gave me a few pointers for my battery health as well. It was very much appreciated since I'm not very car-savvy.
