Total time between calling and my unit being installed was an hour! With the heat this week and knowing it was a holiday weekend I couldn’t thank them enough! “This is my first year living at Terminal Tower, and it’s been a great experience overall. The staff has been consistently responsive, friendly, and helpful (shout-out to Scott, the property manager). The apartments feel genuinely luxurious, with spacious bathrooms, high-end in-unit washer/dryers, central heating and cooling, and covered parking. The staff also does an amazing job keeping the place spotless.

The building also has one of the best apartment gyms I’ve seen, with a wide range of machines and cardio equipment that can accommodate almost any workout. There’s also a rooftop lounge with excellent views of Cleveland, plus a high-quality coffee machine that’s replaced my daily K-cups.

One of the biggest perks is the convenience of living downtown. It really does feel like you’re in the center of everything, with easy access to the Flats, Tremont, Ohio City, and East 4th Street. There’s even an underground tunnel connecting the building to Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, Progressive Field, and Tower City.

While you might expect the apartments to be expensive, they’re actually priced competitively, and UH employees can receive a discount. Overall, I’d highly recommend K&D and living at Terminal Tower.”

“A small city within a city. This is how I see Crocker Park. A long street and a wide variety of cafes and shops. Summer areas and fast food. If you want to buy something, please go shopping. If you're hungry, choose a cafe for every taste. If you don't want to go to a cafe, street food won't leave you indifferent either. Or just take a walk along the long street with beautiful places”

“I have lived at Crittenden Court for 3 years now. The price and location are GREAT. When I first moved in, the management of the building was my biggest frustration.Packages were constantly not being delivered (or even getting stolen). Maintenance requests were not actively being managed/fulfilled.Within the last year, a new management company has taken over and the problems above have been addressed. Zach in the Leasing Office does an excellent job making sure the building runs properly and all problems are resolved quickly! I recommend Crittenden Court Apartments for those looking for an affordable place downtown CLE!”

“I’ve lived at Bridgeview for almost five years, and as a big fan of downtown Cleveland, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! The building has the coolest layouts, flexible pricing, and fun amenities, so it’s easy to find something that fits your vibe and budget. Jacey, one of the leasing agents, is amazing! She truly loves Cleveland and genuinely cares about helping you find the perfect place. The concierges are always friendly and make me feel safe coming home late, and the maintenance team is super quick with any fixes. I’ve had such a great experience here!”

“Tinnerman is a great apartment complex! It’s beautiful and has huge windows and a lovely outdoor space. Also has good parking both in surface lot and in a garage. Maintenance is super nice and very responsive to requests. There can be some Ohio city traffic noise, but it’s worth it to live in Ohio city in such a cute neighborhood within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants.”

“I had a great experience with maintenance and the leasing office this week as a few lights in my apartment needed replaced, one is a bigger fixture and needed parts ordered, Chloe in the leasing office was very helpful in letting me know this may delay the process and did not keep me in the dark of the delay. When the part came in Greg from maintenance called me day of and gave me options of different light settings and let me pick what I preferred & let me know my dog was “helping” hang the light and sent a photo as well as a photo of the completed task!

Knowing when someone was in my apartment (while I was at work) and done with the task at hand was very appreciated!”

“My father resides here and loves it. All of the front desk staff I encountered were very kind (including the black lady who a few people in the reviews mentioned was rude) and the gentleman at the front (security maybe?) was also very kind and helpful.

The amenities here are pretty nice (including the gym) and the restaurant on sight (summers place) had really good food and drinks. The ambiance of the restaurant was also nice and it had a beautiful view of the lake. I enjoyed my experience there and felt welcome.”

“I have been a resident of Castlewood for nearly 6 months, this well situated property is ideal for enjoying all of the benefits of living in the Lakewood/Rocky River area with easy access to downtown and the airport. During the time I've lived here I've had occasion to request a couple of small maintenance issues be addressed such as slow water drain, window screen repair. The response time was nothing short of amazing, same day. Within the hour, a friendly and knowledgeable building employee was knocking on my door to make a quick fix of the situation. Dealing with the property manager and rental agent is a pleasure. They are respectful, kind, and genuinely interested in keeping the residents happy and Castlewood a comfortable place to call home. Ongoing improvements to the building make me confident that ownership is enthusiastic about keeping this property a prime rental option for the area.”

“As a delivery person in the area I can only speak on this matter. Everytime I’m here the folks are nice and it appears clean. In the winter it’s salted. Elevators work well. It appears they have lots of activities and perks for the residents which I find really sweet. Keep up the good work!!!”

“On multiple occasions, when we have gone to the front desk to report concerns, we have been spoken to rudely and, at times, asked to leave without any attempt to understand or resolve the issue. This approach is not acceptable, particularly when residents are seeking assistance for urgent or maintenance-related matters.”

“Overall great place to live if you’re just starting off, are a small family, or even single! Just be wary they’re very small apartments. However, grounds are beautifully kept, friendly office staff, nice pool, small but cute playground…. 4 stars because we did run into a few issues that could have been handled better but otherwise a great 2 years!”

“When I first moved in August 2024, I had my fair share of issues. The biggest issue was the leasing “professional” I dealt with, Bre. She was very unprofessional, forgetful, and just plain rude. If she didn’t know something, she just guessed and gave false information only to have to backtrack. Maintenance issues seemed to take forever to resolve. In the last 6-8 months, the leasing professionals have been replaced and are absolutely amazing (special shoutout to Will H.) They are all so friendly and extremely helpful. The assistant property manager and property manager have been great as well and maintenance issues seem to be dealt with in a much more timely manner and with better craftsmanship and quality than before. Anytime I’ve had an after hours emergency in my unit they have responded within 10 to 15 minutes. The property looks cleaner and landscaping looks great. My neighbor’s are respectful and no noise issues or anything at this time. I am renewing for another year based off of all of the improvements that they’ve made. Rent increase at renewal was very fair as well. Every apartment complex has its issues, but I feel like Big Creek is taking the steps to improve and move in the right direction and it’s much appreciated by this resident.”
