“The girl who helped me when I came in was knowledgeable about the shoes. I didn't feel like there was much of a selection for wider feet but didn't really get enough time to look. The store was pretty busy and the isles were kinda narrow so it made browsing a bit uncomfortable. I will try again when it's less busy.”
“You have to go when there are sales or expect to pay full price. Clean, tidy, well stocked store. Usually, employees will tell you what's on sale when you enter, if their running one.”

“Well we flew in from our home state of Florida for a family event close by. Wifey left her winter coat on the table so we went in to this location for a winter coat. The 2 ladies working on December 19th were so professional and really helped us out for our Winter coat emergency!!
They were so patient and really made our night. Great job team!!”
“The store is large, clean, and well maintained. Prices are not outlet prices, but cheaper then some other stores especially for Nikes. I appreciate the points program too. It makes shopping for ever growing kids shoes a little better. I appreciate the different brands available as well. As someone who has one kid in adults and one in kids still it's nice to go to one place to buy shoes. Service is always great.”
“The Asics store at Monroe Outlet is always a welcoming experience. You're greeted as soon as you enter and an associate comes to help. I try to pair my visits with one of their fabulous sales. If you can do that, you Won't be disappointed.
The last time I did, I walked away with two pair of G2000 footwear at one helluva price!! There's always a huge selection to choose from and even closeouts in the rear of the store. Get to ASICS, Get a Deal!!”
“Staff was very friendly and helpful but I was disappointed with the lack of sales on shoes. I can understand the new ones not being discounted but some of the older models were still full price. I did have a good experience and found a nice Adidas originals t-shirt that I had never seen before.”
“I had a incident where I was purchasing two pairs of shoes and a pair of socks during checkout. The socks accidentally fell behind the counter. After I called I went back the next day I got my socks and a bag with my name on it and they gave me an extra 10% off. I appreciate the effort very much.”

“I was helped today by Mark the team leader the sports team. He helped me find a part for a bike that was a bit more obscure a derailer hanger for my son‘s 24 inch Nishiki Bike that had been after the bike had fallen over Mark went out of his way to get Called the bike repair guy and help track down the part that was needed for the bike and the part was only 16 bucks and they happen to have it in stock so now we’ll be able to go home and get my son‘s bike fixed so that we can take it with us to Gatlinburg in two days. This is greatly appreciated that Mark went out of his way to help me today”
