“I've been here quite a few times. My only complaint is it's harder to find a good selection of wider width shoes. The staff was welcoming and helpful and there were definitely some good deals at the time on shoes and hoodies.”

“The girl who helped me when I came in was knowledgeable about the shoes. I didn't feel like there was much of a selection for wider feet but didn't really get enough time to look. The store was pretty busy and the isles were kinda narrow so it made browsing a bit uncomfortable. I will try again when it's less busy.”

“I had an online pick up order at this location on Christmas Eve. I just want to mention that I was very impressed to see how organized and clean this location was!!! I have been to multiple Rally House locations in the Cincinnati area and this specific location seems to be the most organized. This definitely helps the customer experience to be much more enjoyable to shop and I will make the extra 30min drive to this store for this reason! I will also say that the employees at each location have always been very helpful and friendly so I will continue to recommend Rally House to family and friends.”

They are sexy shoes.Got some new drawers b1g1Got some new socks b1g1Got a new gym fit, b1g1 pants/top combo.My man kyle was helping me fit the shoes. Then he went above and beyond to try and find me the last 2xl tank project rock 4 drop.Super happy at the moment.”

“I received a nice welcome when I came in and staff were very helpful and attentive. I found a pair of shoes that unfortunately didn't work out for the wearer so I had to return them. The return process was quick and stress free which I appreciate. ( Unworn and had receipt of course) All in all a pleasant experience, will recommend this location.”

“Review is more for the salesperson - Zion. Any more sales staff are on their phones, wearing an earbud, or otherwise distracted during the transaction. Zion was super friendly and provided the right amount of small talk and eye contact. He was great - and I'm guessing was a high school kid who will definitely be going places.”
