“Great service, knowledgeable staff, clean store, and 511 has always had good products. I stopped in yesterday to get a new pair of pants and boots after my last pair of 511 boots held up for an astonishing 4 years of construction work. You are paying extra for that, but if you do physical labor or otherwise frequent the outdoors, the length of time before you have to buy again makes up for it. Buy once, cry once as they say. They also make real good plate carriers if you're planning on larping, doing weighted calisthenics, or you're a swat lad looking for a better setup than the department issued you. 10/10 will go back when I wear through these new boots in another 3-4 years.”

“I typically avoid corporate skate stores bc of the effect they have on small business, however, I was in a pinch to find something for a bday. I popped in and they had exactly what I needed, some purple thunder trucks. Id like to point out that the guy who helped me out was very kind and personable, and he knew his skateboarding. Can't remember his name but he had pink hair and tattoos, he really made my day and could talk to him all day about skate brands. He was also chatting with a younger kid about music and he had the true inclusivity vibe you get when you meet a real skater. Their whole staff had great energy. Go local first but if you have to stop here it's a good one.”
“I'm from Northern Ireland and got married on October 9th in Cleveland. I bought a full outfit and am very pleased with the quality of the outfit and the service that Celtic Corner provided. We called in advance and booked an in-person appointment on July 3rd. I was measured and purchased everything that day at the store, except for a specific color of kilt and fly plaid that I wanted, which was ordered from the UK and arrived in just over 6 weeks (as expected). When the items arrived the fabrics did not match perfectly but Celtic Corner sourced and produced for us a custom-made kilt and fly plaid cut from the same material and ensured that they were mailed to us speedily, before our wedding. In fact, we liked the new kilt and fly plaid better than the original ones I ordered. Celtic Corner were always responsive via phone and email, provided friendly service, and worked hard to ensure that we got the outfit we wanted on time.”
“I took my five kids (ages 6-12) here today, to look at Digital Circus merch and the ladies(sorry if incorrect pronouns) at the desk were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They patiently helped all my kids look through the pins to find their favorite characters, while the birthday kid picked out what she wanted. What a fantastic experience we all had! “I found exactly what I needed. Hiking pants with a snap close side pocket that holds my phone. I didn't check for secure closure on my previously purchased pants and was always a bit concerned that my phone would fall out on a hike. Always high quality and you get what you pay for so spend a few extra dollars for a long lasting product.”

During peak seasons like Ohio’s tax-free shopping period (August 1–14) or the holidays, nearly every store experiences high foot traffic and fast-paced inventory turnover. These are challenges for any retail team, especially in today’s environment where higher wages - lead to staffing constraints, and evolving customer expectations all play a role in operations.
Retail looks different today than it did even just a few years ago, and many stores are doing their best to adapt while still offering quality service and affordability. I appreciate the effort the staff puts in and will definitely continue to shop here! I’ve always had a great experience.”

“My man and I visited on February 6 2021. We went to the Spencer's in the mall. It was a good visit other than one attendant that was a lil rude about wearing a mask. I had just lowered my mask to wipe the sweat off and she immediately said something in a rude tone and it was as if she was snapping at me which I didn't deserve.I have noticed they have added new items I have never seen sold there before and it was nice to have another option of a place to purchase these items. (Chakra, spell books, incense tarot cards, sages of all kinds)”

“It's a nice location. I feel like it may be a small location as I don't remember it feeling tight in there. Granted there is room to move around but not spacious. Mainly went with my girlfriend to get her some outfits & she did find some , luckily in her size.
Only pet peeve was the cashier was a bit slow on unclipping the hangers, scanning, folding & putting it in the bag.”

The shop was clean, organized and stocked with spring fashions.Kacey approached me in the sale section where I was able to explain my needs. “The state of Oklahoma has been in the news quite a bit lately for wildly regressive acts of censorship & regression, shutting down public library programs that deal with issues like sexual assault survival & awareness & banning book after book after book from school & public library shelves. Quite recently, a bunch of gun & Bible toting lunatics stormed a library board meeting & demanded the removal of several titles from the library's collections, including The Outsiders, a novel that has not only been regarded as a classic book for young adults for over 50 years, but one that was written by Oklahoma's own S.E. Hinton. This is a rather roundabout lead-in to how I think the Socs would be perfectly at home shopping at Vineyard Vines. Madras, plaids, & brightly colored patterns are the order of the day at this shop that takes its inspiration from Cape Cod's Martha's Vineyard, a favorite destination of mine, for among other reasons, its use in the classic movie, Jaws. Apparently, dogs are allowed in this store, but I've never brought mine along to test that, because there are few other places in & around the mall where he'd be welcome to tag along. Most of the clothing is slim fit style, which I loathe, but every once in a while I'll find an awesome tie or something, like their line of Mr. Rogers inspired neckwear from last year. In any case, whenever I'm at Kenwood, I make a point of coming in here to check what's new.”

“I always shop here especially in the spring and summer. My daughter has gotten every home coming dress from here! I’ve never had a bad experience however I have never been treated as well as I was on my last visit. Ilena said she was a new manager there and although the mall was shutting down early due to a snow storm and her living 45 minutes away she did not shit down or kick me out, she stayed and assisted me with finding the most perfect dress for my cruise. She was so nice, we laughed and made each others night. It’s nice to know people love their jobs and I appreciate her so much! THANK YOU ILENA!! 😘”
