βI really love this store! I found a new comforter set I adore for a reasonable price and really nice pillows and blanket to add some pizzaz to my living room. Of course the aisle are small but that's just the way of the store, hahahahaha.β

βIt's a very nice store to find decent prices on most of their items. Unfortunately they have items that are well above $5.00 which contradicts their name. Though the items with exception of the $20.00 for the popular toys the dumplings and the needoh toys.β
βMiss the $1 days, life is inflating more then the cost of most families budget allows, so its nice seeing smiling faces, every1s saving and not having the anxiety of big packed parking lot then ringing urself up, yet every (should be simple) ERROR has to have customer support

βIt is more of a browse for a thing type place as inventory online is not always available in store. Great spot for puzzles, journals and games. You never know what you will find. One puzzle came up on another large online seller for $20 and I paid $5β

βIt felt like Burlington but with less juicy brand items, the ed hardy was adorbs and all the purses were wonderful. They even had some cute perfume, and I have gotten my first playboy perfume! Perfect for mcbling girls and definitely will be coming back!β

I took my daughter and son so we could get some things.. they have a wide variety of merchandise, including some clothing, hats, sandals, pool floaties, towels and sand toys. They have makeup, hairbands and clips, exercise gear, room decor, kids toys, family games, arts and crafts, books, and dog beds. I could go on and on lol.
They're sweet workers and always have been nice and respectful to everyone = great customer service. It is surrounded by other stores, restaurants and the Kenwood Mall is right across the street.β

βi work near this store and visit it every other day for the last 6 months the manager Ladon is always hard at work and the cashier Donna has agreat personality and is friendly and very helpful and i will add funny as well i always leave with a smile or laughing lol last week i was in there and it was a very busy day with the holidays of coarse there was a really long line and the Manager jumped right in ...they were both friendly to every customer making conversation as they were ringing people out i love going to this store it is he cleanest store i have ever been in and you can tell the customers like the staff ... i apoligize i dont know the evenng staff but im sure they are nice as well thumbs up for they day staff !!!!!!!!!β

βThis is the first time I've been to the store on Beechmont. It was amazing when I walked in because it's huge. Anyways, I shop clearance and a lot of markdown items because I work for Urgent Care and I like to buy sick kids little goodies. I noticed your clearance items and it had 50% off on top of what they're already marked down so I spent a really good time in that section putting stuff in my basket. I was so excited because I got a lot of stuff for only $10. Amy, who is an employee, is super awesome and nice! My first question was I do get 50% off on top of the already marked down price correct. She did tell me no because the signs aren't down but she will go ahead and give me what I have in my basket since the sign was up. My heart about dropped when she told me no at first because I just spent a really good time going through all that stuff. LOL but she gave me my stuff that I had in my basket and was very nice about it and told me that it's not right to not do it because that's what it says and that's what I saw. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. I will definitely be back, and as matter of fact this will probably be my Dollar General I go to for now on. Thank you so much Amy for your time and generosity Dollar General is very lucky to have an employee like you! Keep up the good work!β

βwent in today to buy a few things the store was very clean and i was greeted immediately. after i checked out i saw 2 huge mirrors i really wanted and went back to buy them. i was assisted immediately the person there was so super nice and helped me carry my mirrors to the front. they also helped me bring my mirrors to the car. i didn’t plan this at all so the mirrors didn’t fit at first but the person working stood outside and helped me find a way to fit them. through the entire shopping experience this worker wasn’t only helping me but also greeting others. i was so excited and happy with my experience i forgot to ask for their name, they were wearing camo pants. i really hope they get the recognition they deserve. 10/10 customer service 10/10 experienceβ

βWe stopped at this location Sunday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to see that the store was fairly well-stocked and pretty neat and tidy! This is more than I can say for dollar stores around where I live in Kenton county. I complimented the cashier on our way out and she stated that their manager Stephanie has worked very hard to get the store organized and the shelves stocked! I recommend shopping at this location!β
βReally wish anyone would answer the phone please! Itβs 915pm and nobody is answering.. Iβm just hoping in seriousness they are actually with a customer?? No joke i know thereβs good people and maybe they have a couple people in line but i just hope at least overall employees are more monitored than not regarding customer service overall. I dunno maybe this branch is privately owned? An item is unaccounted for the customer and needs to be refunded please. Thank you . :-)

βWas shopping there today and had the best service! Tyree the assistant manager was very friendly and pointed me to where I needed to go. Was so kind! Went outside And locked myself out of my car and she even went out of her way to bring me tools to try and use and unlocked my car. Not from the area was just working but was very pleased with her!! This girl deserves a raise!!!β
