“Home Depot is fine. We’re working with them on a kitchen remodel.
However after a 3 hour visit with the design staff,I’d like to know who thinks heavy metal music is a good choice for their background music? For crying out loud it’s a mind numbing assault.”
“Today I needed a couple of things for a tiller I just got from a buddy and I forgot my wallet. I tried to use my Apple wallet American Express, the guy behind the counter couldn’t figure out what was wrong so he called the owner up to the front. After doing a couple of things we still couldn’t get it figured out.. Chad , I believe the owners name noticed that I was a rewards member and come in fairly often said hey, get me next time.. I asked him if he had Venmo as I didn’t feel comfortable leaving without paying. He aloud me to Venmo him and we were both happy. This is what being a small business owner is all about, I bet Home Depot or Lowe’s would not have gone that far to make something work.”

“Ok, so this was my first time at a Menards. Got that out of the way. This place is insane. Combine Walmart, Lowes and Tractor Supply and add even more space then you have an approximation of the scale of this place. It is too big for its own good. You probably can find just about anything you want but it may take you 20 minutes to locate the aisle. At least they have moving sidewalks between floors as well as an elevator and steps. Oh yes, it is two floors

“As someone who has visited many Lowe’s stores in different states and placed large orders, I have to say this was the best customer service so far! I was in a rush this morning buying shingles, and in less than 20 minutes I had everything I needed and it was already loaded into my car. The staff was very nice and quick to help as soon as I asked for what I needed. Thank you! ^^”

“I buy remodeling items and bird seed here. Actually when it comes to birds, I only purchase suet cakes here. I purchase the hot pepper suet, and the squirrels leave it alone. They no longer provide a discount for multiple purchases of suet cakes. Great plants here also. Good Christmas items here.”
“I frequently visit this particular store and am always pretty happy with my shopping experience. The people working there are always really nice and have gone out of their way to help me on more than one occasion. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they are often out of the chicken feed I buy. I buy 3 kinds and I can rarely get all 3 in 1 visit. But it's always clean, the staff is very friendly and their selection is good. I do wish they had a cart return stall in the parking lot though, it's really difficult if you have multiple kids to have to return a cart to the inside of the store.”

Fantastic experience and service today from both Geoff and Nancy K.! Both were extremely helpful and very polite! Geoff noticed my aimless walking about and checked in to see if I needed help and guided me to exactly what I was looking for quickly and effectively! Nancy K. was just as helpful when it came to finding my pick up order and went through all the trouble of finding it in the back for me and bringing it out on a cart which was a big help! Very fast and experienced staff and service today! Will come back for future needs!”
“Lowes usually has everything I need. I think one time they didn't, and I had to go somewhere else. Normally, they are wll stocked!! They have very helpful people too!!”
“The Ridge store staff are far more friendly and helpful than the staff at the Mason store. At Mason, employees often give careless responses such as, “If we have it, it should be in that area.”. I am not sure why but staff seems to be stressed out except there are a few fresh new young employee front/cashier staff.”

“I went to Lowe’s Home Improvement today and was literally treated like royalty! I needed to pick up a couple of new blinds for our carport/deck, and from the moment I walked in, the experience was outstanding.
The store was incredibly clean, organized, and well-stocked — honestly unlike many home improvement stores I’ve been in lately. But even more importantly, every single employee I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care.
A special shoutout to Karen at the checkout register who went above and beyond helping me reopen my Lowe’s card so I could get my 5% discount. That kind of customer service is rare these days!
Tell your employees AWESOME JOB today!! It actually made my day. Easily 10 times better than going to Home Depot. Lowe’s Milford has definitely earned a loyal customer!”
