“We had an issue with a damaged steering rim and stopped by Southern Tire Mart for help. Their team provided fast and efficient service, quickly replacing the rim and getting us back on the road.
Unlike other shops—such as Loves—that refused to inspect or install our good-condition spare tire, Southern Tire Mart checked it carefully and agreed to use it without any problem.
I truly appreciate their professionalism and honesty. Special thanks to Heather for her polite attitude and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!”

“UPDATE: Gas prices are updated Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 3:00 pm. So when prices are rising quickly, stop before 3:00 pm, and chances are you will pay less than you would at other area stations. (Clean but a bit dated. Does the job when you need to stop and go.)”

“Was a good car wash until the owner told me I can't use a bucket and to hurry up because they were busy. I seen they had me and one other guy there smh. I used to be a loyal customer I would suggest that whenever the owners white Lincoln vehicle is there avoid car wash !!!!!!”
“Just looking for a place to park. Extremely huge lot, a lot of parking. I actually didn't go inside the shop but I walked across the street to the pilot because that's my preferred truck stop of choice. No one cared or said anything so for that reason I give this location a 5/5. They have a taco bell here as well so that's pretty cool. Not many truck stops usually have a taco bell.”

“We was able to get .60 cents off some how. That was a plus. Yet I had to prepay, that's fine but at any other place it charges us the amount that is used not the pre pay amount. Ugh. So now I gotta wait for my money back. I will call if the higher up if I don't get it.”

“(BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FOREVER)So I went in here last night, normally I go to the other one down the street, it's closer to where I live, but I was picking up food down the street at Pub 51, so I stopped to get a Leap device and pods to go w it, unfortunately they don't sell either one as they're a smaller store, BUT the great thing is I met a nice gentleman there by the name of Shawn(I hope I'm spelling this correctly), and he came out of the door as I was on my phone looking for coupons I could possibly use. He warned me that I had about 30 seconds to get in the store, as they were about to close. Usually store clerks can't WAIT to close the door to get off work and wouldn't think TWICE about locking that door, so I REALLY APPRECIATED the heads up. Then I got into the store and he was SOOO friendly, kind, talkative, and FUNNY! He complemented me and had such a nice friendly smile, and no, he wasn't hitting on me, as I'm much older and fat lol, so I know he was just being very KIND! He was very helpful at suggestions and what to purchase and he even upselled me, which is GREAT for the company, and helpful.to me! I asked him how I could get in touch with his supervisor or manager so I could hopefully be able to put this in his employee file so he could get Kudos, and so I called back the next day, which is today, and that's when I got ahold of Donny, unfortunately he wasn't the manager/supervisor I needed to talk to, however he was REALLY nice too, and he said that Shawn does get a lot of good reviews, it's not the first he's heard this. So I just wanted to also thank Donny for being so pleasant to talk to, this store is much more friendlier than the one down the street, I just wish they sold everything I needed to to shop there because I'd come there instead, but it definitely won't deter me from coming to this store, now that I've experienced such nice and friendly people, this day and age, IT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE, thank you Shawn and Donny, and thank you Speedway for employing such GREAT people!”

“This place is amazing first of all the best pork chops by far anywhere in the United States at the Fuel Island!!! They weren’t overpriced!! The place is very clean, a lot of parking the showers were amazing. The truckers lounge with the media room was very very nice and the girls in the convenience store part of it were so friendly and so nice. Did I say how clean the place was?? I wish I could stay here every weekend very quiet by far one of the best Petros I’ve ever been to. Even my little Gracie loved it huge grass areas for her to run and play.”

“I’ve been going to this speedway since I was 12 (I’m 24 now) and the workers have always been kind and patient with me ever since then. I will say it is better going during the day if you want better in and out service since there is typically only one working during the night but this is one of the best gas stations I’ve been at in NW Ohio.”
