“Service department went above and beyond. Went in for an oil change, mentioned a window was squeaking. Tech said he didn't have a service guy in who could take care of it but offered another appointment or to pair it with my next oil change.
Later when the car was done with the current oil change, tech said he inquired with a mechanic that was in and they took it upon themselves to fix it right then in there.
Appreciates them going above and beyond!”

“Paul Burke is absolutely wonderful! He is so friendly and makes you feel at ease. Buying a car is a very intimidating process, and he was there from the start with a smile and made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly with a honest and straight answer. We have bought two newer cars off of him in the last few months, a Ford truck and a Subaru SUV and he has made both experiences as easy as they could be. After the first experience and transaction we knew we didn’t want to go anywhere else when looking the second time around. Having my first car loan on a such a nice vehicle and owning such a nice vehicle in general was extremely scary to me, but I feel like he did everything he could in the weeks prior to the purchase to help break it all down for me and give us all of the info for all the options available to us. He didn’t rush us into buying something and gave us plenty of time and space to test drive different trucks and suvs while deciding which one was the right fit for our family. We appreciate him so much! So far everything has been smooth sailing and I have not one complaint with Paul. We love our new vehicles. Serra Auto Park is lucky to have him representing them in my opinion. When it came time to make the purchase the financial advisor called around and got me the best interest rate that she could. “Thankfully, I have never had to go to Wal-Tec for anything major, but for general vehicle upkeep, they are great! Very reasonable prices for oil changes. They have also patched two tires for me. The mechanic made sure I knew how to reset the tire pressure system, which was very nice of him. The lady at the desk is always nice too!”
