“I switched to this CVS about 1 year ago; I'm happy I did. The pharmacist took his time to help me when I called about a problem. He's very patient & kind. The assistants are the same. When I needed help today about a drug from a different company that I had an allergic reaction to, she special ordered the old brand that I have been taking for a year. “Cashier seemed to have a problem with Me grabbing some brown bags. She asked if I wanted the groceries bagged in brown bags after I grabbed a few from the register on the other side. It seemed like like she was trying to make sure I didn't take any extra, which is wild because a lot of the times the cashiers bag one pack of noodles in 50 plastic bags. I'm exaggerating...but not really...but I constantly see cashiers here and at many other groceries stores use excessive amounts of plastic bags when bagging groceries. Like double plastic bagging plasic gallons of juice and milk with actuall handles is absolutely ridiculous. I am grateful that Giant Eagle offers brown bags because I Am environmentally consciouse and wish more people bagged brown and honestly wish all stores stopped using plastic bags. But to be made to feel like I was stealing brown bags is disrespectful, especially when I'm more than likely going to spend 500 dollars on a loaf of bread, some milk and a bag of lunch meat. Exaggerating again....but not really.....I don't think a few extra brown bags should be an issue. The stores already feel unpersonal because there are more automated/ai cashiers than people cashiers and seems like employees, so let's have a training opportunity that the few human cashiers left don't make long term customers,who have spent probably waaaay more than hundreds of thousands at giant eagle over their life span fee like vagabonds and theifs over a few extra paper bags. When I start to feel like a peasant begging for porridge as free will paying customer anywhere I make Myself scarce 🤷🏽”

“Klines is a great pharmacy ! They have been open longer than I have been alive and the people that work there are very nice! I have had a couple bad situations with a young lady that works in pharmacy, she was so rude and was treating me very poorly and bad. I not one time respond back with any bad attitude or did I treat her badly back like she was with me. And she also told me my refill can’t be filled to Monday. I responded back with they I no the laws etc! This is my last refill anyways on this medicine bottle an I am allowed to get it filled 2 days early with my original day is monday may 6 2024 that day would be 30 days l! But I was told that today 2 days earlier I’m allowed to get filled and my insurance will clear it to be filled and I always have a copay like thing I don’t remember what it’s called but covers some of the refill and I have to pay like 10 dollars as a copay or something ! O”

“Most of their employees are very nice. They have pharmacy rewards for refilling prescriptions. The reason I took one star off is one time there was one capsule missing for my antibiotics. And another time I got a half-broken pill in my 30 days supplies and I couldn't find the other broken half in the bottle. Each time I had to call them to fix it but no one at the pharmacy apologized for their mistakes. Lastly, they don't call me when my prescription is ready for pickup. I have to call them to find out if it's ready or not. When I get my meds filled at other pharmacies like CVS, I always get a phone call or a text to tell me my prescription is ready for pickup.”

“I felt faint while shopping 7 days ago and the manager was great providing extraordinary help with chair , water, a motorized cart ( my first time using one, and continued assistance thru checkout. Thank you to him at 360 Waterloo in Akron. The staff at the customer service desk was also outstanding, They contacted the manager quickly when I asked a customer standing in line to ask them for a chair when I started to feel faint. They also offered encouragement and appreciated concern.This is also thank you to that customer and another. This customer walked over when she saw me in distress and stood with me, offering encouragement until the manager came. I am greatly appreciative of them all. “It's a small pharmacy, which I like. I've been going there for my prescriptions for over 4 years. I have one recurring complaint. Many times I've called and asked if my scripts were ready to be picked up. I then go there, and am told they are indeed not ready. Then they ask me to wait anywhere between 10-20 minutes. Very irritating, now I ask them to check the filled prescriptions, not the computer.”

“Ya know I don't like it when people don't like where they work for one ( go get another job ), and I don't like when you're being hovered over.
