I totally appreciate the hassle free service that they give at the Akron self storage. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that I know needed storage! I have only been in the storage unit for a short while, but will follow up with another review after being there for months. It is a very clean facility and I feel safe in the fenced area!”

“Our collective family has used their storage units on and off for several years now, due to various needs. They are reasonably priced, great customer service and great units. Definitely recommend if in need. The only downside is they've added a billing surcharge that I feel is unnecessary.”

“I live in Pennsylvania and my daughter attended college in Kent. We used the unit to store items from her dorm and apartment. Because I was so pleased with the service, I kept the unit after my daughter graduated and left Ohio. Yesterday, I moved out of a unit after renting for over seven years.
From the beginning to the end, the property manager Sharon was phenomenal. Sharon was beyond helpful. She is patient, she is kind. Sharon is proactive. If there was ever an issue, she was on top of it. The facility was always clean. The price was great. I always accessed the facility with ease and felt safe. The facility served it’s intended purpose. Sharon is what makes this location 5 stars for me.”
