When the cashier said the 2 pieces would be $25 and some change, I almost said wait and went back for more! Will definitely return soon to complete my fall wardrobe!”

“I returned a Christmas gift today that was too big: A brown suede and leather coat. It’s a beautiful piece, but they didn’t have my size online. Gary (who I assume is the manager?) was incredible. He returned the item, found one in my size in another store (he said Stanford, so I assume California) and it’s being shipped to my house as we speak. He spent a lot of time working with me today, was extremely professional, and I left the store with a new jacket on the way and a satisfaction I haven’t had with a retail store in a long time.”

The store is very organized and laid out well, probably one of the best we've seen. Prices are competitively priced. “I am so happy that I popped into Tommy Hilfiger before I went on vacation. I was able to grab 3 outfits and my husband was as well, that accommodated the look and feel of what I needed for my trip. In the first picture, I am dressed ready to go out on the town in a cute white short sleeve sweater and Navy blue rayon pants. My husband and I wanted to coordinate for our second and third day and Tommy Hilfiger was able to provide from head to toe the look I was trying to accomplish. Great place to shop and desirable prices.”

“Being only 4' 9", it's extremely difficult to find dress clothes & jeans that fit. I was extremely impressed with the inventory available. It will definitely be a destination shopping spot for me. On the downside, not one associate spoke to me or asked if they could be of any help. This should be addressed with the staff at Premium Outlet Mall in Monroe, OH.”
