“Expansive selection of men's underwear, from the traditional (Briefs, boxer briefs,etc) to the more unusual (bikinis, thongs). Give a men's thong a try! Employees were extremely helpful.”

“Great spot, insane deals, caring employees. The dude I talked with today was willing to match a really strong online deal that was out of stock on their site. They had that same shoe in my size and he matched the online price. He also checked/found backstock on a new pair of authentics that was out of my size on the shelf. The deals they have in here are solid, and if you're kind and respectful with the employees, you get the same in return. You're fast asleep if you're not stopping in here when you're in the area.”
“I returned a Christmas gift today that was too big: A brown suede and leather coat. It’s a beautiful piece, but they didn’t have my size online. Gary (who I assume is the manager?) was incredible. He returned the item, found one in my size in another store (he said Stanford, so I assume California) and it’s being shipped to my house as we speak. He spent a lot of time working with me today, was extremely professional, and I left the store with a new jacket on the way and a satisfaction I haven’t had with a retail store in a long time.”
“PSA for bag lovers: skip the outlet quality stuff and ask if they have any products from boutique! They’re sold straight from retail at outlet prices. Tory Burch has good quality bags but their lamb skin ones are too fragile. I snagged a petite Lee Radziwell double bag over a year ago from this outlet and it’s become one of my favorite bags. Bless Amex offers for including outlet locations—not sure if they still do though, gotta read the fine print. (This is a very outdated review so your mileage may vary!)”
“I went in to the store, not sure if I would find anything and super unsure of what I was looking for. A sales associate by the name of Andrea became extremely helpful and helped me style a beautiful outfit for my interview the next day. She got me all different styles and sizes to help me narrow down what I was looking for, all while being extremely personable and kind. I left there confident with an entire outfit that she steamed for me so I would have everything ready to go for the next day. I am someone that normally doesn’t ask or really want help while shopping, but this time was different and Andrea really went above and beyond for me.”
“Wifey loves Talbot's. She's a regular, and I tag along to tote the purchases. The clothes are smart and sophisticated, perfect for an admin professional. She gets points for further savings, and she's always nattily attired. She gets comments from coworkers about how great she looks.The staff at this outlet was courteous and very helpful. There's a husband chair for me, as the help is always happy to put the clothes I am holding at a dressing room door with Wifey's name on it.When she's happy, I'm happy. We love Talbot's.”

“Mackenzie helped us find the perfect pair of jeans and multiple other pairs that were just right. She told us about different fits, sizes, and looks. She knew what each pair was good for and understood the look we were going for. Five-star customer service and five-star product knowledge. Could not ask for a better experience. Give her some PTO and a raise; she is what you should model other employees after.”
“My first trip to a Cabi outlet! So hard to control myself lol. Found some of my “Cabi regret” items (yay!) and happened to pick a day when all tops were $20!!!! Double yay! “Great quality products at excellent sale prices. Walked in 30 minutes before closing. An associate asked me what I was looking for and proceeded to help me find my items. Associate also helped me with sizing because I was that familiar with the concept of wearing a “2.” ? Both associates offered and helped me with ordering additional items available online at the same price…. delivered to my doorstep in several days. Will definitely be back. “Very kind and helpful staff. When we walked in, we could immediately smell that it was clean without it being overwhelmingly strong and migraine inducing. The store is very organized and laid out well, probably one of the best we've seen. Prices are competitively priced. If you need a nice outfit on the fly at a reasonable price, then this is the place to go.”
