The person that helped me knew what I was looking for and was able to help answer my questions. Helped me find the games I was looking for and supported a couple of good ones. I love how many different departments Target has; you can go there to grocery shop and buy a computer in one trip. I love Target, I don’t always love the prices but I usually always find what I need at Target.”

Wasn't crazy about having to switch to new phone numbers, but after that they helped get everything set up, even found an extra deal that saved us $30 for the time being. They were straight in telling us that the program they found that saved us $30 would remain as long as there were funds for it. Definitely recommend.”

“My electric cart died at the back of the store. A team member in seasonal called for someone to bring me another cart. After a few minutes the cart attendant brought me another electric cart all charged up. I was very appreciative. They bother were very friendly & helpful!”
“Went in 45 minutes before closing and met with Alex. Wife's phone reset itself and had issues with the Apple ID. Asked Alex if he'd ever seen this before, he stated "No", I got a little worried, was thinking I'd be spending some money replacing the phone, but 20 minutes later, Alex had the phone working like new. He was a professional, used his own phone to look for additional information about the problem I brought him, never doubted himself. Can't say enough good things about Alex or the rest of the staff @ this location. Any issues or concerns have been handled immediately and resolved quickly. Never any billing issues, same amount auto deducted every month. App works well, if there's a problem, call the store, if they can't resolve it over the phone, then in person they'll handle it. It's seamless and one less thing I have to worry about. We tried the home wifi, sadly, it didn't work well enough for us, NO hassle returning it, no upselling or haggling. Just said OK and provided a return UPS label. Check these folks out if you're in the market to switch or sign up for cellular service, you won't regret it...”

“I went in to trade a couple devices in and buy some headphones. Fredy did my trade in, and even though I entered one of my devices incorrectly online and there were some technical issues with the register he was so patient and helpful and apologetic about how long it was taking, even though it wasn't his fault. Keith checked me out and he was just as friendly and cheerful. I interacted with a couple other employees and all of them were so happy to help me and so friendly. I've been here a couple times and the employees have always been this way.
Other than the technical issues and my mistake, trading in my devices was really easy and painless. It was also easy to find what I wanted to buy and everything was very clearly labeled, plus there's enough employees around that it's always easy to find someone to help. I really like that they don't understaff like a lot of other stores do! It means a lot to me as a customer that employees are treated well.”
