“Pretty normal experience at this Best Buy. Always lots of staff asking if you need help. I come to get the screensaver that has a replacement guarantee. It’s a Best Buy for sure. My first LG tv I got at Best Buy in 2010. It finally passed last year. And the original remote still works on my new LG.”
“Their photo center is always extremely quick and accurate! I don't think I've ever had a photo order that hasn't been ready before my quoted time. And you can always find deals online as well!
Their pharmacy is also great! I had lots of trouble at the one up the street on Springboro Pike near Meijer, and this one has been absolutely perfect since I switched!”

“This store is amazing! I was there the morning the printer wasn't working. And from what I heard the whole system kept crashing. Kudos to the guy working, I think his name was Stephen or Steven. He had a line of customers and stayed very cool and calm and tried his best to explain the system issues. Some people just wouldn't cut him any slack, but he remained professional and kept at it. Long story short, I left with a perfectly working phone and a smile on my face. These guys really take care of their customers!”

“I test sales people almost every day. Especially when I am on a mission to get a particular item for me or my family. Two days ago I walked into this Best Buy location to purchase a couple sturdy phone cases for my new phones. I walked right up to a young man in the phone accessories section and asked his opinion on one of the three cases I was considering. All three of them had different price points. There were two specifically that were almost exactly the same model, the only difference is that one is apparently able to charge with some brand new Apple charger that's out. I told him that I did not have that charger, nor was I looking to get it anytime in the near future. "I just need something that will keep these new expensive investment safe." On a sidenote, I already knew EXACTLY which case I was going to get! This young man, who doesn't get commission by the way, listen to EVERYTHING I said and suggested the exact one! DANIEL: "well, if you don't plan on getting that charger anytime soon there's no reason to spend an extra $40 on each is there?" I like this kid so much I bought two bad a** screen protectors for these phones too. There's nothing better than a sales professional that adds value and thinks about the client before themselves. I don't think this kid has any idea how badass he actually is. Well done Daniel... You are the man! Don't be surprised if I come back in and recruit you in the not so distant future! Just that one particular skill I just highlighted will set you apart from about 80% of ALL people in Sales! Keep up the stellar work brother!!! Thanks for listening, and for having Integrity!!!”
