“I was dealing with a stressful situation where my phone numbers were ported to another company via a scammer, and I went into this Verizon location in a panic for help. Jeff Kugel was so patient and stayed with me for two days until my issue was resolved. Verizon, your phone customer support is bad, but your in-store employees are ballers. Thank you!!! 🙏”

“Marv was absolutely phenomenal with myself, and every other customer I observed come in during my wait. He was friendly, fast and very informative. He even engaged in friendly small talk as I waited for him to complete his process 10/10 !! I will be back for any of my electronic needs!”

“earlier this week I visited the 1087 s main st store. Marie was exceptional in the way she helped me get what I needed (a copy of my bill so I could port my phones to a different carrier). Even though I am leaving T Mobile, Marie was so helpful. She wanted to make sure my last interaction with T Mobile was exceptional. She achieved that completely. (hmmmm...should I really leave T Mobile?!!!”

“Contacted Wayne (owner) with a couple of concerns about my CB. Took it in so he could assess the problem and he immediately pin pointed the issue, piqued an tuned, and replaced a damaged antenna. Very personable, friendly, an represents his business with great character and integrity. Great shop as well. I highly recommend if you have any issues go see him. You won't regret it. Thanks Wayne!”

“Went to this store to switch 2 lines and home internet from Verizon. Jordan and Gabe really know what they’re doing. They were very helpful and friendly, made sure we were completely set before we left and ensured we could come back in if we ever need any help. I would not have moved forward with switching if it weren’t for their great customer service. I will be recommending family and friends to go to this store!”

“10/10 service! Kise and the young lady working tonight were both so helpful, patient and went out of their way to help me get my spectrum service switched over to cricket when I found it nearly impossible. Thank you both so much!!”

“Exactly what I needed! I play percussion in my church's worship band. My 'go to' favorite instrument is my djembe. Last Sunday, my djembe's 25 year old head broke... I was mourning the loss of my faithful friend. Instinctively, I went to Guitar Center (where I had purchased it). Wow! totally awful experience. Hardly any stock and absolutely no employees to talk to. I googled music stores near me, called Hauer and was greeted with a pleasant, helpful voice. Upon entering the store... what a difference! Clean, organized, well stocked and several friendly and knowledgeable staff. Tried out a few and selected 'the one'. My new 'go to' is awesome. Later, I found out the sale price they gave me was less than it is available on Amazon! Great service. Great price. I'm happy to support local. Highly recommend Hauer!!”

“Excellent service. Went Above & Beyond to help me. I have been in the hospital a few times and got a little behind, I didn't show up when I said I would (couldn't be helped) and they worked with me since I never deferred any payments before and helped me to where I was caught up by paying just what I was able to pay. I know a deferral goes on at the end of the lease but they didn't have to help yet they did! Thanks!”

“Their photo center is always extremely quick and accurate! I don't think I've ever had a photo order that hasn't been ready before my quoted time. And you can always find deals online as well! Their pharmacy is also great! I had lots of trouble at the one up the street on Springboro Pike near Meijer, and this one has been absolutely perfect since I switched!”

“I was so glad that I chose this service because the merchant understood my situation and the rest was history. The merchant was understanding, kind and reliable enough to get things going. As someone who had service with cricket a long time ago, like in high school days, I'm glad to be back again and start anew.”

“This store is amazing! I was there the morning the printer wasn't working. And from what I heard the whole system kept crashing. Kudos to the guy working, I think his name was Stephen or Steven. He had a line of customers and stayed very cool and calm and tried his best to explain the system issues. Some people just wouldn't cut him any slack, but he remained professional and kept at it. Long story short, I left with a perfectly working phone and a smile on my face. These guys really take care of their customers!”
