“If you have to load here they're awesome. They have overnight parking. You just pull into their lot. They leave the gate open and then in the morning they will load you as soon as they come on shift. It only takes about 45 minutes and they get you in and out right away and they got to scale on site”

“We did a mobile check in. We made a reservation at 9:30 for a truck at 10:30. We got there late at 10:45 but the app was easy to use and had our truck by 11:15. Truck was clean and good working order. I just wish the 10ft trucks had the ramps.”

“I had a wonderful experience reserving/packing Uboxes at the Gilbert Uhaul location. I lived in the neighborhood without a car, so I must have visited the location at least 6 times to cart a dolly full of boxes and moving supplies home. I'm so thankful I could get all of my moving supplies right around the corner. (Side Note: I highly recommend the brown packing tape -- like a dream for packing!) Everyone was helpful and friendly. Although this isn't the common location for loading, the Gilbert store happily accepted my reservation and ensured my Uboxes were available on moving day. I feel like everyone worked to ensure my move was as smooth as possible. Management went above/beyond to get all the details corrected and send me and my things on my way across the country. I know renting storage containers can be stressful, but my experience overall was very good.My only small complaint was the wait time to have my Uboxes ready for the movers to load. They waited in the parking lot for almost an hour, which I was paying for at a rate of $160/hr. There were some snags with getting my paperwork complete and the location was VERY busy (I'm talking lines to the door) so I understand that the delays were not intentional, but waiting for so long was certainly costly. It would have been great if my containers had been ready a lot sooner to save me some money and my movers some time.Regardless, I am very happy with service and I think this location deserves praise for all the help they provided over the month of my move. And extra special Thank You!!!”

“I rented a vehicle and was transferred from a different location so the fact that I needed a pickup not box truck was not the fault of this location. The staff is extremely happy, professionally and kind. FYI if you are looking to rent a vehicle to tow your own trailer uhaul ball is 2 inch. The ball is mounted to box trucks and not enough space for a larger trailer even tho they have a high tow capacity. I am hoping they will fix my issues cause I had to pay for a rental I could not use.”
