“If you go inside, be prepared for a shock. Especially if you're conducting routine business, like deposits, cash withdrawals, transfers, and such. Real live people greet you and escort you to their desks. Crazy, huh? The people are friendly, efficient, and accurate. What else would you want at a bank? My only beef (and why I went inside in the first place, and why the 4-star rating) is that I couldn't operate the drive-thru teller machine because I couldn't reach it from my car. It appears to be optimized for trucks and full-size SUVs. Looking around the neighborhood, that makes sense. Oh, and one other thing. If you're new to this section of New Albany, be advised that the businesses have flat, simple edifices and my be hard to distinguish. And, most of the parking is in the rear, accessible from side streets. ****”

“I had a very good experience at this chase branch today. The clerk was very nice and there was a woman, I wish I caught her name (perhaps the branch manager), but she was very friendly and helpful. “I'm reviewing this branch as a stand alone operation - not the bank as a whole. I know you get a different experience and vibe with each location. Why I love this one is the people - specifically my investment people. I believe I connected with my "guy" 8 or 9 years ago. I was in a branch at Giant Eagle and asked for a referral. Little did I know that he would become not only my "guy" - but also my mom's guy. My most recent stop at this location was not even related to banking. I needed something printed for me and notarized - and scanned so I could email back. Talk about great service - not only are they wonderful and accommodating people, they go far beyond the bare minimum and bend over backwards to help their clients. The location itself is nice - right by the New Albany library which provides parking if you don't find a meter. It's a relatively small branch with some investment offices - and as I said - a very different feel from the large downtown marbled branch across from the Statehouse. I highly recommend this location and Huntington as a whole as bank if it offers the perks you're looking for - like the *-free checking and 24 hour grace.”
