“I always make sure to stop here whenever I'm passing through Columbus. Staff has always been friendly and helpful and I've always had good luck finding oddball stuff here I've been hunting for forever.”
“The cleanest best stock Warhammer and hobby shop in Columbus. So grateful to have a store of this quality in our backyard. You can tell Steve and his team take a lot of pride in ownership and making a great space for folks to game.”
“Barnes & Noble offers a decent collection of new books, catering well to contemporary readers seeking the latest releases. However, their selection of classic literature leaves something to be desired. While they may have some popular titles, don't expect to find a comprehensive array of classics. Nevertheless, the store provides a pleasant browsing experience and is a convenient place to explore new releases and bestsellers.”
“We love build a bear and had a great experience. The down side was we waited in line about 30 minutes to check out. The employee at the register was also dressing the customers bears.”
“Fantastic folks and service. They have a little of everything (model kits, trains) with a heavy RC emphasis. I liked that the people there were most interested in getting what you needed rather than what made them the most money. I hope this place sticks around; hobby shops keep closing and this is a good one.”
“WiFi was terrible. The ticket counter never gave us the tickets for the VR race, trying to prove we purchased them later with no WiFi proved difficult and time consuming. He only gave us 2 photo VIP QR codes when we paid for 3, I had to request the 3rd one. I would have assumed he would have given us the activity pack we purchased ahead of time, I had to request that as well. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience. Took about 2 hours to get thru.”
“I just recently started shopping here as I am a new(ish) mom to a 1 income household. The staff is always helpful and friendly and love seeing my little one! I always find cute clothes that are new or barely worn for a great price! They always have a vast selection of toys and books as well. I like how this location has their toys accessible to my little one so I can see what she gravitates towards and end up purchasing (some locations have toys up on shelves so that children can't play with them)All OUAC locations offer bags for purchase or you can bring your own bag in.For sellers - this location ask that you call ahead before trying to bring items to sell and are allowing 1 bin/box of items to be dropped off at a time with a few days turn around.”
“As a buyer, I really appreciate how particular they are with what they purchase from people because nearly everything is in very good condition. Lots of barely used items from top brands. The store is well organized, clean and doesn’t have an odd smell like other used clothing stores. As for angry sellers, I understand the frustration with wanting money for your old items and getting rejected but kids clothes quickly get gross and the store isn’t a charity. This store wouldn’t exist if they took worn out items and the scrutiny makes shopping here worth it.”
“Went in for the first time recently. Although this has been here for years and I always walked by it I went in on a whim. I was not disappointed they had a great selection and the prices were in line with everything else I've seen. Although the staff was mainly talking with themselves most of the time they were very helpful when I had asked them a question. We will definitely be back.”
