“WOW! I have been in a lot of places that sell tools, but this one is absolutely amazing. Most places I've been in have been industrial Supply stores which sell some combination of tools and maratime gear and equipment, matching tools, welding tools, fasteners, or cable, chain, and hoses of all kinds. This place has tools, and an amazing selection of tools. These are the kind of tools you need if you work in a vehicle repair shop, or some place that requires quality and specialty hand tools. This is the place you go to buy quality tools at a fair price, instead of a tool truck. This place had more than you would ever find on any tool truck. Simply an amazing store.”

“Ryan is an excellent salesman and very friendly. The crew let me have a firearm on layaway for a decent amount of time and worked with me and my limited payments until I could afford to buy, highly suggested.”
“Shawn in appliances was top notch. I was waiting at Lawn for close to 20 minutes for an employee to meet me at lawn after going to the refunds desk to request help. I had already been waiting 20 minutes for someone to come help me. I gave up I went to look for the deep freezer and Shawn was stellar. After helping me with the deep freezer he walked over to Lawn to help me get the lawn mower I wanted to buy. Then after telling him I could only fit one item in my car, he suggested that I go drop off the deep freezer then pick up the lawnmower! BRILLIANT. He said it could be ready for pick up in an hour. He definitely went above and beyond. Had Shawn not shown up I would walked and went to Home Depot.”

“I've been a customer at this store for over 30 years, through several different owners. With Rocky's the variety is much better, as well as better organization. I own a farm, though, and find the shelves closest to the door seem to be geared more towards suburban home owners, whereas farm related items are further away and need to be hunted for.”
