“My alternator gave out as I was driving thru New Lebanon on my way home, another 25 minutes away. I managed to pull into O'Reilly's and Mike went out of his way to help me test 2 batteries, gave me a boost charge so I could make it home, and helped take out and replace the battery in my car. Having had my hands in the works I asked if I could wash my hands and as I turned to walk inside, another young employee was already walking toward me with a cleaning wipe and some dry towels. That's what I call taking care of the customer. And, yes, I ordered my new alternator from O'Reilly's as soon as I got home. Thank you both for helping me out. You went out of your way and I really appreciated that.”

“I found Dan on the internet when I was looking for somewhere to take my lawn mower. I liked the fact that he was doing this on his own and it was a local small business. “Several weeks ago, I contacted the AutoZone at North Main, Dayton for assistance in purchasing wipers. I was told that the only wipers for my 2020 Infinity was 40.00 each. and they could not help with installation. I immediately call the Autozone store on S. Main, Englwood, OH. The attendant, named Keeton Longstett, was more than accommodating , Very professional, informative in providing various pricing options and wasted no time in assisting with installation. “I bought a transmission for my daughter in laws 2017 Jeep Cherokee. I also bought the extended warranty. The price was good and the delivery was quick. After my mechanic installed it there was a problem. After issues with my mechanic, Grade A stepped up and found one of their mechanics and had them fix our Jeep. Turned out it was the transmission that was bad. They replaced it and got us back on the road. Our sales associate, Ruth was good about staying in touch and keeping us informed throughout the process. I recommend them and will use them again in the future!”

“I had a job about 100 feet from this shop and my vehicles battery died. I rode my electric scooter I keep as a backup to this shop. They had a few batteries priced at $40-$50 used. The owner personally went and got two batteries because the first ones terminals were on the opposite side. That speaks a lot about the owner he made it right I appreciate his time.”
