“I swear this place is my favorite auto place now!! The owner and Brittany and the rest of the entire staff that works there are very patient. After dealing with my insurance for a month in a half they were able to get my car in the shop (coming Monday 9/18/2023) and helped communicate with my insurance as well. After stressing over everything with insurance they really helped me out and calmed me down quite a bit. I HIGHLY recommend this place 110%! Brittany was also very nice and patient and listened to my mom rant about how she felt about my insurance and was there for me when I got upset about telling her about my car being stolen. “100% recommend this place!! I was long for a very specific car and found one here which was over and hour and a half from my home . My husband and I arrived and were greeted very warmly by Billy Gramann. I myself have horrible anxiety in social situations but Billy wasn't pushy or adamant about us buying this SUV. Literally told us to drive it all over and gave us directions since we weren't familiar with the area. We thought we heard a weird noise so Billy took the car drove it himself then let us drive it again for an hour straight long time to see if we hear it which we didn't. The whole process of buying my new SUV was flawless and sooo easy. The facility is beautiful and clean and just over all lovely. Everyone was so helpful and nice and I wasn't looked down to when I didn't understand all the car jargon. They explained everything so well. Corey in financing was super helpful as well and made it so easy!!”

I think this is the only time in my life where a mechanic has not found anything wrong with my car or where they didn't take advantage of the fact I am not a car person and know nothing (lol). The least I have ever spent on my car as well. At last, I finally found my new car service place! Way to go Ford beechmont! You've earned yourself a customer.”
