“I know two of the clerks and one of the owners. It's a local business and as a result has local type prices. It's what most places are like in these environments basically a liquor store with a few extras. Could there be improvements sure there could but I feel most is caused by trying to meet the needs of local campers. Cigarettes are expensive everywhere not just Lucky's because their more locally owned and not dictated or assisted by corporate gas chains they don't have the finances to stock limited items. None of the people mentioned above work at this gas station any longer. I have no problems with the crew. I support local business because it's a 1/2 mile away how handy is that. You want to talk high prices why not bring up the 15 cent difference in the price of gas from other local stations from two businesses up the road”
“WE got our easter dinner of ham , bistro potatoes green beans and apple pie The food was excellent and we enjoyed it
I have been a customer for nearly 20 years and have never been disappointed with the food the service and the friendly staff .
We are lucky to have mazzulos in our area so we can enjoy their food . Thanks to each and every one of the staff foe their excellence”

“While I sadly have not been to the store, I found their little food truck at the farm sciences fair in London Ohio just a day before this review. The man working the trailer was incredibly kind, and incredibly patient, but I sadly do not know his name. I happened to get the Cherry Habanero sauce and it is just incredible. “We stumbled upon Heinen’s one evening when we were looking for a grocery story in Chagrin Falls. What a charming place! They have delicious food to order, as well as wine and beer to buy by the glass. They also sell Harney and Sons loose leaf tea. What a treat!”
“I was having trouble getting a long standing prescription refilled due to low reimbursement from the pbm that Medical Mutual uses. Drug mart had refused to fill it any further. However when I explained this was the last refill, it is actually the taper off dose. If a diabetic stops glp 1 drugs suddenly it can cause serious problems. They filled it. Thank you- pharmacy department.

“I took my mom to the Giant Eagle in Chesterland for her Covid vaccine.!she received the second shot. I told the folks there but I’d like to just tell everyone, that they did a great job. Very organized, very minimal wait time. Very knowledgeable of the whole process. Very very courteous. I can’t say enough good about the pharmaceutical staff as a Chesterland giant eagle.”

“Lovely market I visited while in Solon for business. Great selection of wines and foods. The hot counter is great; stuffed myself silly for $20 (healthy and delicious). Deli counter service was quick and nice. Clean and easy to navigate.”
“Great selection of balsamic and other vinegars and top-quality olive oils, as well as all sorts of dishes, tools, pasta, sauces, and accompaniments. Friendly staff, prices are fairly reasonable with different sizes of bottles for sale ($7 for mini, $14 for a nice size), love the atmosphere and the ability to taste the different oils and vinegars with little tasting cups. You're encouraged to sniff, taste, and buy. Friendly staff who are approachable and knowledgeable. Would visit again for all my balsamic needs!”

“I've actually only met good and friendly folks at DG stores but I like this particular store b/c they've helped me a few times with a Black Friday sale on Thanksgiving day, which I'm sure is a stressful day for them as-is. I don't like shopping in public much these days, especially anything Black Friday, but DG stores are the only ones to offer a particular sale so, to deal with friendly/helpful folks makes it fast and easy for someone like myself to take advantage of the sale that unfortunately happens once a year. And it's been multiple different people there each of the times I've gone in for the sale over the years.”

“Manager or she was assist mange in evening very rude n not at all helpful. Real short n snappy answers t I my questions after 2nd question I stated to walk out. Im not sure if I shall return to that store again. There are to many Dollar General's to bed treated unkindly.”
“Great place to shop at, always organized and clean isles. Love the seasonal items they sell each year. The store is busy quite often but the management and employees are very kind. Tom & Jaxson made the experience more delightful.Just keep in mind that items here priced up to $ 1.25 & are no longer $ 1.00, but a quarter isn't really a big deal.”

“Nice people that work there and the food is always fresh. Only downside is other than Heinen's, it is the most expensive grocery store in Chardon. But the pharmacy is tops as is the produce and the bakery.”
“The deli section is hard to beat. Probably not what you think of for a drug store but the deli is pretty consistent and the prices are very low which is a relief in times like this”
