“Lisa Parker (the store manager) was extremely patient and kind helping me try to reset my account. We couldn’t get the reset password email. She helped me check out as a guest. I was very impressed with how the store was clean and stocked. Great store. Keep it up Lisa.”

“Very organized; shelves were either full or being filled. The checkout clerk was very and pleasant. The parking was plentiful and conveniently placed (I'm disabled and it's a relief to have those parking spots).”
“While I sadly have not been to the store, I found their little food truck at the farm sciences fair in London Ohio just a day before this review. The man working the trailer was incredibly kind, and incredibly patient, but I sadly do not know his name. I happened to get the Cherry Habanero sauce and it is just incredible. I highly suggest their products.”

“We stumbled upon Heinen’s one evening when we were looking for a grocery story in Chagrin Falls. What a charming place! They have delicious food to order, as well as wine and beer to buy by the glass. They also sell Harney and Sons loose leaf tea. What a treat!”
“I was having trouble getting a long standing prescription refilled due to low reimbursement from the pbm that Medical Mutual uses. Drug mart had refused to fill it any further. However when I explained this was the last refill, it is actually the taper off dose. If a diabetic stops glp 1 drugs suddenly it can cause serious problems. They filled it. Thank you- pharmacy department.

“I took my mom to the Giant Eagle in Chesterland for her Covid vaccine.!she received the second shot. I told the folks there but I’d like to just tell everyone, that they did a great job. Very organized, very minimal wait time. Very knowledgeable of the whole process. Very very courteous. I can’t say enough good about the pharmaceutical staff as a Chesterland giant eagle.”
“Discount Drug Mart is the one stop shop. The Reminderville store is the best. I have never had a bad experience. The store is very clean and all staff I have encountered are very kind. Jessica is always there and always willing to help when I am looking for something specific. All around great store!”

“OMG... I felt like I walked into olive oil heaven!!! There were so many yummy flavored balsamic vinegars! Also, so many oils! This place was amazing, I am hooked! This place is absolutely beautiful! They have caldrons full of each and every vinegar you can taste test. You can also recycle your bottles for a dollar off your next bottle! They also have a QR code to enter a drawing using your receipt! Wins all around.?
Vivian was so wonderful! She listened to my likes and dislikes and she steered me to so many awesome flavors. Also, she shared a few ways to use them I would have never thought of. (Adding to sparkling water!!!) She also gave me nice little cards that explained each vinegar and some with recipes as well. (See pic) ???

“Lovely market I visited while in Solon for business. Great selection of wines and foods. The hot counter is great; stuffed myself silly for $20 (healthy and delicious). Deli counter service was quick and nice. Clean and easy to navigate.”
“The employees at this location are truly wonderful. They go above and beyond in ways that feel genuine, and I choose to shop here because of them. Every visit I’m greeted warmly, offered help before I even have to ask, and met with real kindness from start to finish. The little moments truly add up: curbside pickup that’s always smooth, personal shoppers who actually communicate, cart attendants who offer to take my cart without hesitation, a deli employee who offered my daughter a slice of cheese, stockers who stop to say hello and ask if I need anything, and checkout clerks who make conversation feel easy and natural. Whoever is leading this team deserves real recognition. The morale here is obvious. I’ll keep coming back and supporting this store because of the people in it.”
“I've actually only met good and friendly folks at DG stores but I like this particular store b/c they've helped me a few times with a Black Friday sale on Thanksgiving day, which I'm sure is a stressful day for them as-is. I don't like shopping in public much these days, especially anything Black Friday, but DG stores are the only ones to offer a particular sale so, to deal with friendly/helpful folks makes it fast and easy for someone like myself to take advantage of the sale that unfortunately happens once a year. And it's been multiple different people there each of the times I've gone in for the sale over the years.”

“The staff is so kind and helpful, the products are just as good and cheaper than at walmart, and they offer touch free payment now so thats cool. store is just a little bit run down tho, not like cleaning could fix that”
“Manager or she was assist mange in evening very rude n not at all helpful. Real short n snappy answers t I my questions after 2nd question I stated to walk out. Im not sure if I shall return to that store again. There are to many Dollar General's to bed treated unkindly.”
“Why is it the people with gripes are the ones most likely to post a comment?
In this case, the Dollar Tree in Chardon is absolutely the best one I've ever shopped in. I stop there every time I go to visit my father.
Here's why:
+ The store is always clean. Unless restocking an item the aisles are clear and you don't have to navigate around empty boxes and messes on the floor. I don't have that usually shopping at Dollare Tree stores in my area.
+ The manager is always interacting positively with customers. He does not consider his only job is being a manager. He jumps into the role of cashier, stock person, and greeting customers whenever he's needed.
+There is ample stock on shelves even now when shortages are showing up here and there in big box stores. Stock is organized well with it easy to locate it by yourself. If you can't find something, the first employee you locate will not only direct you to the place in the store but has often volunteer to take a break from whatever they were doing to escort me there personally.
I can't say enough about this store. It is the best managed, best organized, cleanest, and most friendly Dollar Tree store I've ever shopped in. I highly recommend it, and for the above reason I always stop to shop when I go to visit my father in Chardon.”

“Nice people that work there and the food is always fresh. Only downside is other than Heinen's, it is the most expensive grocery store in Chardon. But the pharmacy is tops as is the produce and the bakery.”

“The deli section is hard to beat. Probably not what you think of for a drug store but the deli is pretty consistent and the prices are very low which is a relief in times like this”
