“To be honest, wasn't expecting to like this place, but I did. With "free" tire repair, was expecting hidden costs and high pressure to spend money.
Boy, was I wrong. Totally free tire repair and very low pressure to buy. In fact, I felt a thing of guilt for not spending any money when I left.
Oh, I know, the business model says that free tire repair will leave a good taste in people's mouths and bring them back. But how often do you see that model work without high pressure tactics?

I took my truck there not to long ago and they messed up a little bit with some miss communication about some things on a inspection, but Bob the owner called me and apologized and wanted to make things right. That’s the only reason this isn’t 5 stars, is cause they did screw up a little bit , but I really appreciate them making things right. I highly recommend the Aurora TireMax. Especially, Bruno and Tim for their knowledge, and superb customer service. The whole store went to great lengths to make a bad situation bearable and successful. We had driven up from Florida and tore a big hole in the sidewall of a tire. Being all-wheel drive, with some wear on the remaining tires, they had to find 4 high performance radials for my Lincoln.
They slipped our car into the schedule to change out the damaged tire for a donut spare so we could attend reunion festivities.
They found and had our new tires delivered. They also shuttled us to and from our hotel while they installed the new set of tires. Thus allowing us a safe, on schedule, return trip back to Florida.”

“I called around 10 AM for an appointment on The same day,Thursday. They were able to work me in at 3:30. I ran a little late because my dog had a Seizure and I had to go home and help my daughter. They accommodated me again a little late. I really appreciate that!! Everyone was very kind and professional. I felt the $50 to repair my tire was reasonable. I would recommend them.”
