Had to wait 3 hours for our “reserved vehicle “ please go somewhere else. This company will take your reservation and treat you like dirt when you go to pick it up!!!

They ripped me off upon return. Charged me for 5 gallons of gas at $10.99 a gallon when I returned the car with the tank completely full. Took it out of my deposit. I will never use Thrifty again.
