Booking was easy, although not cheap. Gave us a mini van, Chrysler Pacifica. Not easy to drive, very floaty, couldn't charge our phone no ports .

Made reservation 2 months ahead come to get car wait in line for 30 min since they have 1 employee to say they have no cars so either wait around for what could be hours or use another rental company terrible business zero stars they could care less about customers time and schedules

Worst rental car place in history do not use I booked car month in advance got confirmation time pick up go location at airport counter was closed customer service doesn’t exist no help
