“Bill did a great job, another local shop couldn’t/wouldn’t make the effort after charging me $160, don’t go there, you’ll go “broke.” I could tell from speaking with Bill, he’s got the knowledge and experience. Don’t waste your time anywhere else, just go to Procom.”
“I came into the store very dejected and left elated. Jess is the best customer service representative I’ve ever come across in my 66 years on earth. She is patient, kind, puts you at ease and really takes the time to let you understand everything there is to offer. I came out with an amazing new iPhone and WiFi plan that combined is the same cost as my old Verizon phone, Wi-Fi not included. She should teach customer service in every industry and what a wonderful world it would be. AT&T, you won the lottery with her, do whatever you have to so she stays!”

“Visited the North Olmsted, Ohio store on a busy Saturday afternoon—definitely recommend making an appointment ahead of time. Service was excellent. Thomas was incredibly helpful, made everything quick and easy, and explained all our options clearly.
Even though the store was busy and a bit short-staffed, the entire team was friendly, welcoming, and worked well together. I also saw employees taking extra time to help an older customer save money, which was really nice to see.

“The manager Tommy is soo awesome! He made a very long drawn out process as simple as possible and was patient with me, the phone and customer service when my new iPhone wouldn't properly port my phone number from another carrier.
As we waited off and on for about an hour, Tommy was extremely personable. We talked about Apple vs Android debate and the different live action animes that we like.
Again, I didn't leave the store until all of my issues were resolved and questions were answered! Great customer serivce, FIVE STARS!”

“10/10 experience all around! My go to phone repair and accessory store. The owner and staff are amazing! I will not go anywhere else besides here! I come here at least a few times a month to get new screen protectors and cases because they are the most reasonably priced out of any phone store I’ve been to! At&T tried charging me 60+ for a case I found for $15 over here! I won’t go anywhere else!”
