“Had some technical issues over the phone with their support team finally decided to go to the store physically and a young lady by the name of Aliena I do apologize if I got the spelling wrong, but she ended up helping me with my problem and even with the technical sport that she was talking to at first gave her such a hard time she ended up overcoming all that nonsense and got to the right person, and they both ended up taking care of the problem, but it was her Will and heart to keep on pushing through when she was getting a hard time in the beginning so I just wanted to say thank you very much and definitely appreciate that. At&T tried charging me 60+ for a case I found for $15 over here! I won’t go anywhere else!”
